Just the other day I came across a stray kitten that had been throw out of a car and had injured his face and lips. He needed to see a vet as soon as possible, but my regular vet couldnt see him until the next day. In need of some place quick, I called High Point and got an appointment right away. I have never been before, but the facility was so nice, I was impressed. The vet techs were so helpful and kind, and Dr Fanning was excellent. Kitten (whos name now is Franklin) had to have surgery that night, so I left him in their hands. I got a call right after surgery, with better news than expected. The next day, he was able to come home so I picked him up and once again had wonderful service. The staff all seemed to love him! His first night home went well, and I even got a phone call the next morning to check in on him. High Point did a fantastic job, and I couldnt be happier! Fantastic price the the quality of care. Franklin and I are sooo happy!

To me, the most important thing when deciding on a vet practice is the level of care my cat receives. She and I have experienced excellent care in all our appointments with various vets and techs thus far with this practice/hospital. Our most recent appointment (yesterday) was for grooming for my long haired cat, who is a pill when it comes to anyone clipping/brushing her. The groomer, was wonderful to work with! She listened to my concerns, came in ON HER DAY OFF, and my cat is noticeably happier now after being groomed. I do hope the office end of things can become more organized, regardless, the care is why I will continue to bring my cat here!

Lets start with this:I LOVE THE VET SERVICES. The GROOMING stylist, Jamie, not so much. Did not listen to the requests of a trim, and about shaved my golden retriever mix. For the $65, I could have done it better myself. Needless to say, I also had to trim her ears at home. She obviously was rushed because her nails were filed poorly, and one ear was totally not trimmed. When she called to tell me she had ten minutes left, she was rude and not pleasant. Extremely disappointed in this horrible experience with the groomer. Ill still use the vet, but never again this groomer.

The doctors are fantastic and everyone at the office is very compassionate. We switched to High Point Animal Hospital a few months ago when one of our dogs was ill. They took outstanding care of us and spent as much time with us as we needed at each visit. I would HIGHLY recommend this vet!!!!

My family has been going to high point for years and I will continue the tradition! My dogs receive the best care here and when I needed a referral for my dog to receive a TPLO procedure, I was referred to an amazing place as well. You dont regret switching!!

I have never had a problem with High Point. Working in the veterinary field I have seen a wide range of goods and base. But High Point is one that I recommend on a very regular basis. And I use HP for all 5 furry kids of this family! Keep up the great work!

This was our first time here and we had a very pleasant experience. Doc was awesome, very personable and acted like she loved our dogs just as much as we do! Happy we made the switch. Also very reasonably priced, 160 for two dogs yearlys and rabies. :)
