I found Dr. Singh online by reading all the wonderful reviews about him and the office. I have to say the the doctor himself was very kind, prompt, and thorough. However, I was a little leery when the office wanted our credit card information to keep on file for payment. When we asked them about it, they assured me that they would NEVER charge anything without getting authority from us first. So, I felt comfortable leving them our ATM/debit card information. A couple of weeks or so later, we received our bill with our balance and a due date. Several days passed and I received a message on my phone from their office letting us know of our balance, she was very kind. To my surprise, the very next day after this phone call, I noticed that our checking account had been debited from Dr. Singhs office for the full amount of our balance due, even though our bill was not due for at least another 8 days or so. I was very disappointed and called immediately to discuss the issue. They seemed quite bothered that I called and not really apologetic at all and said that theyd talk to the doctor and get back to me. Well, as the day went on, I did not hear from them so I called back. They had me on hold and finally got back to me letting me know that the doctor said that they could void out the transaction "this time" and reminded me of when our bill was due. They made me feel as if we were trying to rob them of their services even though our bill was not due for at least another week, like they were doing us a favor! Needless to say, according to my bank, the funds were never released and available.

Rancho Wellness is an amazing place. I had a sports injury and was told it would be one week before I could get an appointment to see my family doctor. I remember seeing great reviews for Rancho Wellness I called them instead. I was given an appointment for the next day. I was so impressed with the staff. They were all awesome and friendly and very helpful. My wait time was minimal. The PA Heidi was amazing! She was thorough and answered all my questions and concerns. I had the pleasent opportunity to meet Dr. Singh in the hallway. He was cordial and approachable. He invited me to give them feedback in the patient portal if there was anything I wasnt satisfied with. I dont think I have EVER been asked about a doctor for my feedback about their service. I am impressed. I was also impressed that they have a lab onsite. I did not have to run around to get blood drawn. They sent my prescriptions electronically to my pharmacy so getting my prescription was quick and simple. I love this place. I am so glad I found them. I highly recommend them! I look forward to going there often, um well not too often, Id rather stay healthy. :-) But when I do need doctor I am looking forward to coming back to Rancho Wellness!

Dr. Singh and Rancho Wellness should get higher than a FIVE STAR. My wife and I as well as our family have been going to him and this practice for the last three years. Dr. Singh is a compassionate, caring and awesome doctor. He takes his time with us every time we see him and is very thorough. We learned about Dr. Singh by looking up local doctors in our area. Some of the awesome attributes by Dr.Singh is his ability to LISTEN carefully, show empathy and provide the appropriate testing and give us results in a very timely fashion. We are able to get in to see him usually right away and hardly ever have to wait in his lobby. The blood work is usually done right in his office and the results are usually available in a timely fashion. We cannot recommend this practice highly enough. His staff is also excellent. They are very friendly, fast, thorough and caring. My wife and I are both Doctors [MD] in other specialties, however we are not personal friends of his. We are both his patients and trust him enough to take our family to him. We trust him with our health. Johnny and Deborah MD

I have been seeing Dr. Singh as my primary care doctor for a number of years now. Dr. Singh is very easy to talk with and always friendly. He is knowledgeable and patient as I am not the easiest person when it comes to medical. I travel a lot for business and often to foreign countries - Dr. Singh is easily accessible and even has a video call appointment service which allows me to have a solid medical discussion and review with him even when traveling. I love the patient portal which allows me to log in and send a confidential message to the Dr. or the Staff. I can also check my medical records and schedule appointments. The office itself is clean and efficient. Great staff and very competent all the way around. This year I have had a few hospital visits due to an accident on a bike and Dr Singh always kept up with my situation. He is the best doctor I have ever had the pleasure to see. I highly recommend Dr. Singh and his entire staff. If you are a busy executive, be sure to check out the video appointments! They are terrific :)

My husband and I found Dr. Singh about a year ago and we both agree that changing to him for our Primary Care Doctor is one of the best moves weve ever made. On our first appointment with him he took over an hour with us! Prior to finding him we had been frustrated with a large HMO, eg. weeks to get an appointment, Doctors changing constantly, Doctors not speaking English well enough to communicate and phone calls not returned for days. Recently I came down with a bad dose of the flu and we were able to communicate with Dr. Singh via email. The response time was great, he e-mailed in prescriptions, and answered all our questions. It was such a comfort to know he was there for us. He is wonderful! Cant say enough about him.

My experience with Dr. Singh goes back for almost 10 years. When I first saw Dr. Singh was at the urgent care center, since I was unable to see my regular doctor. I had seen my regular physician for over six weeks and I was still seeing not results for what was causing me to be not a hundred percent. Dr. Singh was able to diagnosis that I had a lung infection and cleared it up, which is when I decided to change my primary physician to him and I have nothing but a positive experience ever since. He takes time to listen to what your conditions are and evaluate what is the cause of your pain or illness. The he will explain your options and how he will treat your condition. Thank you, Dr Singh

I have been a patient at Rancho Wellness since 2009. The office was recommended to me by a specialist. This is by far the best general practice Ive ever been a part of. The entire staff is professional and caring. Dr. Singh provides a comprehensive plan for preventive health as well as managing chronic conditions. He calls specialists to get more detailed reports on his patients and is very responsive to communication using the secure patient portal. He has 2 superb nurse practitioners who work with him. I dont hesitate to see either one of them. By far the best part of this staff is how well they communicate with me and with each other. I highly recommend them.
