This place is unorganized and unprofessional. I had been here for years and they are rude, Id never see my actual doctor. The front desk ladies violate HIPPA All the time by announcing other peoples private information in the waiting room. The Assistants are rushing around like chickens with their heads cut off. I was told to renew my birth control I needed to come in for a physical "check up" even though I had recently got one for my job. I had to set an appointment they charged my copay and during the appointment all they did was give me paperwork for lab work. I was told I needed my lab work before I was seen for my "checkup". Weeks pass before they call me and let me know my lab work was in, I then call them to see whats the hold up and they tell me it is my job to call them and set an appointment to receive my lab work information. The way things are done at this office is confusing. The Physicians assistants are always quitting and when the physician doesnt have an assistant, paperwork piles up and I was to be referred to a specialist to see why I was getting dizzy and light headed in the heat the physician said its normal for a slim person and that I should gain weight I asked to see a specialist to look more into it. He told me his assistant will be mailing over paperwork in order for me to see the specialist weeks pass I call no answer I drive up there and they tell me the assistant that was responsible is no longer working here. So when she quit nobody was there to fill the job? Paper work just sat on the desk piling up? Worst experiences ever dealing with this place.

I recently called to get an appointment for my girlfriend who had been exhibiting symptoms of Rheumatic disease, upon calling for the appointment I was told she had to get labs done PRIOR to the physical in order to be seen. I asked to talk with management to see if we could get the physical then allow the doctor to decide what labs are medical necessity. I was it was policy to test everything and have results back prior to the physical. I told them my girlfriend would be leaving out of town for one month and she needed to be see ASAP. The manager of the practice then told me it was my fault for waiting until the last minute to make an appointment for her and if I had spent any significant time with her then I should have noticed and made an appointment earlier. Overall I found their customer service to be very poor and their policy to be a way of making extra money. I am a nurse and know how medicine should be performed, a medical professional should examine the patient and use his or her deductive reasoning to determine what tests are medically necessary; not have a complete blood, urine and hormone test performed prior to having laid eyes on the patient. I found their methods of medical practice to be backwards and their management to be unprofessional.

This place is way too hard to get in contact with. Ive been going here for years, but every time I need to do anything except schedule an appointment it takes 2-3 days to get a hold of somebody who can help me. Example: I want to know if Ive had a TDAP vaccination so that I can go visit my cousins baby next month. I called yesterday and they had closed early so I had to call again today. I called this morning and after being on hold for 10 min, the receptionist tells me that she doesnt have access to my records and ill have to get them from the medical assistant. I call the medical assistant, no answer, leave a message. 6 hours later and no call back. Place closes in an hour, so I call again. Medical assistant doesnt answer. Call again for receptionist. 6th caller in queue. Been on hold for 18 minutes as of now (hold music is fantastic). Giving 3 stars because, when you have an appointment, they will get you seen on time and all the things youd expect from a good doctors office, but their phone service is consistently awful.

I have now experienced what I saw being done to other visitors. They are rude at the front counter and actually told my wife she was 1 minute late past the appointment time and couldnt be seen. She was there to see her blood results and they turned her away. Im not writing because this is the only upsetting thing has happened. I have sat watching watching these wastes of space talk down to visitors.. They are awful people I hope they drink and drive.

Been going here since 2004 when they were at their old office across from Centennial High. Call hold times always 10+ minutes, office wait times... 45 minutes to an hour. The PAs, MAs, and nurses are indifferent and slow about everything. Also they never update anything. Even after you call in and come in to fill out current demographic information. So, I have no idea why the reviews are so high for this place.
