I called 3 times, pressed 1 for all calls, was put on hold and hung up on twice. The third time I was on hold for 30 minutes before someone answered. I had the intention of becoming a new patient, but was told I would be put on a waiting list for over two weeks. I was also told that I couldnt even be put on the waiting list until my medical group change was effective. Long story, I no longer have any intentions of becoming a patient here. The rude lady on the phone expressed no interest in me being a patient at their facility anyway. I understand having to wait, but a little sympathy in her voice, and an apology would have made all the difference. I would put zero stars if it let me, I didnt receive anything from this facility that would deserve a star.

They obviously do not rely on reviews because if they did they would do something about trying to improve the rating Im sure the press the staff is very caring and nice but of obviously the administrative management Direct them not to accept cash patients which is really a sad story especially if youre a regular established pati andureavinto yr forced to have to go find a new the new doctor under urgent situation its a shame. I it is not like youre asking itd be a free visit. I would recommend anyone to urge their insurance companies not to use this group because if anything happens and your insurance lapses then theyre not going to see you I think thats bad business.

I have been taking my whole family here for the past two years. I have seen a few of the doctors there and honestly prefer to see the nurse practitioners - Stephanie and Cielito are great! . I also like that they have evening and Saturday appointments.. it makes life easier for me since I work normal business hours. I like that they call when they get your labs back, and referrals are done right away. They often do Saturday immediately day appointments too and I never have to wait in the waiting room for more than 5 minutes . The staff is professional, caring and helpful.

My Father and I have been patients of Dr. Vickie Mai for over 5 years now. She is thoughtful, professional and efficient. Art is going on 96 and he loves her, and the entire Staff, with a special shoutout to Betsy. Highly recommend them.

All the doctors and PAs here are awesome! Their answering and appt service leaves much to be desired, or they would have had five stars, but once you get there its all good. Had many, many worse health care providers and few better.

No one answers the phone and they frequently close hours early, so if you dont call first thing in the morning youll never get through( if they even answer).
