If it was possible for me to leave a negative rating, I would. The Iowa office is the most inefficient doctors office I have ever been to. The Staff (if you can call it that) is absolutely inept. I am surprised the female who runs the front office is even employed. I can never get an appointment. They rarely answer their phones and though I have left countless messages for them on different occasions they have never once returned a phone call. Ive been left on hold for 30+ minutes and then hung up on numerous times. When Ive brought up these issues they are unapologetic. The Doctor does not listen well at all. I have told him of issues with a new medication and he says,"uh huh," then prescribes me the very same medication. I have finally switched doctors. The doctors office is currently withholding a form I need to return to work (despite the fact that I paid for the form) and I may lose my job due to their complete lack of professionalism. Youre better off going to a back alley doctor.

Worst place and staff I have ever experienced! All they do is referral you out and dont follow up with you. Staff gives you the run around and bss you like your dumb when you ask questions. Really cant stress enough for all to stay far away from this place. You will not be happy at all they could care less about you. You could also be dying going in there and the Dr. will say I dont see anything wrong with you or you shouldnt be hurting like that... As if he is in your body. Only you kow so dont let a Dr. tell you otherwise if you are truly hurting.
