Recently my experience was very poor. My child has been a patient of Dr. Torna for over 6 years, and I called to do two things: 1. Make an appointment for my child and 2. Asked what vaccines are do and dates of last vaccines. I spent a total of 37 minutes on hold, and spoke to a Brenda twice and a Maria twice, and after they both put me on hold running around trying to find the the answers, one return stateing shes not a nurse and cant find the office manager... ....at this point I hung up! Maybe time to find a more professional office with at least decent customer service! Still on hold and and no answers!!!!

Im so very happy to finally have found a women Doctor that is very caring and efficient in trying to find out what is going on with me. I have been to many Doctors who dont seem to care. But she has been very kind to me and Im very grateful to have her as my physician. Sincerely Kathy Cook

I love this doctor. She was so patience and was willing to listen and answer my questions. Most of the doctors just want to be there a minute then out you go but she was excellent. I truly recommend her.
