No doubt Dr Bryan is amazing. That is the ONLY reason I will go to her office. Her front desk is horrible. First they ask me all of these questions around prereqs and why I didnt ask for them. .. hello!!! Isnt that your job when I set up the appointment?? How am I supposed to know that I need to do these things since the expectation was never set and come to find out that the appointment setter dropped the ball twice. When I (honestly) make a calm complaint her demeanor completely changed and she felt very much ok with giving me attitude within her tone. The nurse that helped me after the fact made it right. Very disappointed to see people employed that cant do their job to the standard. Understanding that she is only an appointment setter Id think that customer service would be her prime focus and understanding that her objective is to make me perceive that everything is running efficiently even though the ball was dropped. Why do I have to feel uneasy with perceiving staff is not doing there job correctly?

I had an appointment at 3:30. At 4:21, she walks in, apologizing. Im there for a uterine scrape so I stay , even though I have a cold , I need this test. I see that there are ear probes hanging in her office so I ask if she can look in my ears because Im so sick , too see if I have an infection. She declined stating that she is a specialist, limited to her " specialty " only . I ask her why the ear scopes are in her office, she says she doesnt know. She can obviously see Im totally suffering and does nothing. What kind of doctor is so high and mighty that she cant prescribe an anti biotic at least? She didnt even pretend to care. Her bedside manners are peculiar at best. So I have the procedure done , it hurt like heck, she then whips out a sanitary pad and hands it to me saying " No sex for 48 hours" I felt like I had gone to a low budget clinic. I hope my test results are good. I dont want to have to deal with this doctor, ever again.

Very bad experience. I went there for PAP and additional STD screening, because my husband and I want to have a baby soon. So she told me that all the test were ordered. I waited like a month for the results. Every time I called for the results they werent ready. They promised they will call me back multiple times and they never did. I never had to wait a month for a results. Finally I called again and all that was done was the PAP test. I asked what about the STD screening they didnt know what to tell me. I got charged for tests I never got. Dont go there. That doctor doesnt listen and doesnt do her job correctly.

I just met with Dr. Bryan for first time after leaving a doctor I loved of 9 years! I have a lot of medical stuff going and and high anxiety and personal issues with these type of appts. She was very caring and sincere. She took time to listen and respond and ask me questions and allow me to ask questions. I didnt feel rushed and felt she really cared and got more done than my last obgyn as well as my last doctor. Her staff were kind and patient as well. I will definitely be staying with her as her patient. Thank you Dr. Bryan! We need more doctors like you! Also she was on time which is rare for many doctors!

Not only is Dr Bryan the most knowledgeable OB/GYN I have ever had, but she is a WONDERFUL person too. From the very first appointment she makes you feel comfortable and like you are important. I like how she takes time to answer all questions you may have. Sometimes I blank out when Im in the doctors office when it comes to questions - who hasnt - I love knowing that I can call back later and she or one of the members of her amazing staff will get back to me quickly to help. I have nothing but positive things to say about her and her practice.

she may be knowledgeable or not but the staff needs to step up and know what they are doing. I went to get a procedure order for one thing and they order me doing something else so I got some other procedure done. On top of that, I had to pay $100 cash out of my pocket. I had most frustrating experience and i dont know if I want to go there again.

If it was not for her I would have never found out that I had ovarian cancer. All the other doctor would tell me not to worry after having a miscarriage. She took the time to find out why. I that her that .

Extremely good doctor! Best bed side manners. Very compassionate! I highly recommend Dr. Bryan. Her nurse was really good as well, very attentive. Front desk could use improvement on customer service.
