I waited an hour and a half in the examination room until I saw a doctor. I repeatedly checked if I had been skipped or forgotten about, but I hadnt. I watched an episode on my phone, re-laced both my shoes, sent a few emails while i was in there. I was as nice as possible to the nurses because I feel bad for the people who work here, they are so understaffed. The doctor finally came in and first thing complained about being over worked and long hours. I asked him if it was just a busy day and he chuckled and said no. To his credit he did seem to care about my health once i had his time (thats why i gave 2 stars). But Im sure people were leaving untreated due to the long wait. I had to drive here from San Clemente which means this facility serves an enormous area. They only had 2 doctors working while I was there. 2 doctors for southern OC, thats outrageous. Its clear this is just a cash cow facility for Kaiser. The lab is set up cafeteria style, where if ur numbers called u let yourself through a door and get your blood drawn from behind a counter with like 6 other people, then drop samples into a cubby hole and let yourself out. the pharmacy lines were moving like a grocery store check out. i killed a mosquito while in the examination room. im pretty sure mosquitos are the last thing you want in an urgent care, arent mosquitos responsible for spreading like every epidemic? idk we need to figure something out for healthcare in this country, i spent about 4 hours in there to get some anitbiotics. its really a shame kaiser cant provide us with reasonable health care.

Ive been going to the same doctor at this Kaiser facility for over 12 years. Sadly my Dr. (Dr. House) just retired and I was automatically assigned a new Primary Physician, (Dr. Orozco). I shouldve checked reviews and his background before booking an appointment. I had the worst experience Ive ever had at a doctors visit. Honestly I was shocked to see how poor and unprofessional his "patient" skills are. I walked and had to re-book with a new doctor for next week. Id strongly suggest you do your homework before selecting him as your primary. Luckily one of the supervisors came to help and now I get to meet with their Director next week. Other than himself, the staff is awesome at this facility.

In two weeks, four members of my family had to use this facility. Every time we were able to get same day appointments, although in the evening. I prefer evening/after-hours clinics, as it seems like everyone is much less stressed. Everything worked out great with all four visits. Fast check in, quick wait, fast consultation. The pharmacy was amazingly fast. One Rx filled literally before I could walk to a seat. Only complaint is a lack of signs stating that there is a huge Kaiser facility off Alicia/Jeronimo. If you dont know exactly where youre going, there is no visible sign saying it is there.

Im a new patient and Im very pleased. The staff is friendly, it is easy to get doctors appointment. Kaiser Permanente is placing emphasis on prevention so there is plethora of educational opportunities. I have diabetes so I already attended diabetes course which emphasized changes in life style, nutrition, diet and exercise. During my first visit Ive received glucose testing equipment, lancets and measuring strips, and that allows me to monitor glucose level on real time basis. Ive signed up for on-line wellness program and Ive lost already 10 pounds.

Been sick for 3 months with sore throat, hives and headaches. Been 3 times ($60 a shot) and I get nothing (no blood work, no allergy tests, nothing) . The last time the doctor had the gull to say "You are not sick". Since the ObamaCare wont let me change insurance providers , I will now have to pay out of pocket to get a real doctor. I do agree with the other reviews, they are friendly, fast and polite.

Ive had nothing but positive experiences at this location, friendly staff, expert care, not too long of wait times, etc. Individual experiences vary, and I can only speak for myself, but so far? Its great. I WILL say, however... simply reaching a Human being via phone is sometimes nigh impossible and is reminiscent of my experiences with the IRS. Its easiest just to walk in, if youre in the area.

Kaiser has a great system if you follow instructions that are clearly printed and explained to you for any service you may need. I have never had a problem such as the short tempered previous comment, maybe you shouldnt wait til your prescription is totally out to get your meds

Walked in a got checked out very quickly. Never had any problems here. They are fast and friendly. It is not a full hospital just an emergency room and x rays and pharmacy. They do flu shots also

They work very fast. I ordered contacts and new glasses, and the contacts came in 2 or 3 days. I think the glasses arrived two days after that. :)

Cut my hand pretty good on the job site, they stitched it up and I was ready to go the next day. They also followed up (rare these days).

Cost high . Doctors do not care / listen to problems especially the dermatologist man who thinks cancer is funny for someone to have.
