I really like Dr. Martinez and will give her 4 stars. HOWEVER, her office staff leaves a lot to be desired. Sorry, but they dont even deserve the lowest star. They dont know how to return your calls. Just make sure you go over everything you need to with the Doctor before you leave the office because, again, her staff doesnt know how to return phone calls. Ive been trying now for four days to reach someone that will answer my questions that I left in a message on their voice mail on 3/18, 3/19, 3/20 and today 3/23, to no avail. Finally today, 3/23, I received a call back and given the information I so desperately sought for days. Thank you Brenda! UPDATE as of May 4th: The problem with the front office has been rectified. It is now a pleasure to deal with the staff.

The front office women are rude and rarely make eye contact. They treated me like an after thought and I have been waiting for months for medications for an autoimmune disease that had been previously treated in Oregon without interruption until now. Im not sure what the hold up is (other than the obvious insurance issue) and the front office staff who are non-responsive to email, fax and medical relase requests. Michelle herself is great, thus far, but I feel like I will be moving my family to another clinic. It takes just over 3 weeks to get an appt also which can be extremely scary with young kids.

Horrible service. The staff is very rude. I am a diabetic and I need dr Martinez to give a call to my insurance in order to get my melds. I have been after them since October and they still havent done it. I hate this place and will never go back again. If I could I would rate them no stars, that is how bad it is.

Its ridiculous they afford me an appointment until next year almost and the office was empty this morning and no privacy I literally heard the staff telling a patient her results in the front and her options

I like Dr. Martinez, but I just want someone to call me back when they say theyre going to. Been having trouble getting a hold of anyone regarding an authorization.
