Slowest service possible. Youll be waiting in the waiting room for minimum of 1 hour past you appointment time (everytime). What happened to Customer Service and Appreciation these day IDK. But this Doctor Office has definitely lost it. I went again, yep Im a fool. Soooooooooo here is update. Horrible Customer Service. I had a Appointment at 9am. I was there on time, signed in and waited like 10 minutes. Then asked if the Doctor was even there yet and the Secretary stated that he wasnt there yet and he is common to be 1 hour late and that Id have to wait for him. Last visit I waited in the lobby for 1.5 hours and in the room for another 45 minutes before he actually seen me. Please look elsewhere for a Doctor and save yourself the headaches. Even prescription refills are hard to get and its just a fax or email needed. I had to call multiple times and did the pharmacy. The pharmacy actually said this is common bullshit that this doctor does. Ill find a new doctor that likes his job. Eric M. CHEN is Pathetic.

Doctors staff are very UNPROFESSIONAL and NOT responsible enough in handling my medical needs especially refills of my prescription. I have been seeing Dr. Chen for many years and this "Refills" every 3 months can get a patient at his worst medical condition because they take your medications for granted, never pay attention and lack of follow ups for your medical condition by ignoring to fax or reply to my insurance questions regarding my medications. I need to have constant arguments WHY and WHEN they have to release the prescription that either the pharmacy or my insurance is looking for. I get very upset, anxious and disappointed every time I have to get my refills.. Dr. Eric Chen is a very good doctor tho....

Been going to him for 27 years ,i will never go any where else, great doctor great service everytime, yes u wait sometimes but thats normal every where ,handles my prescriptions, insurances issues fast
