I have had an incredibly difficult time getting a hold of anyone in the office, even though it is during business hours. I think they take 2 hours off for lunch and just let the phone play music for you, so you could be on hold for 2 hours!! I called several times and got no one. Other times, I spoke with someone and asked a question and they said they would call me back, but, they never did. Because of poor management, I didnt trust that this office could handle the details correctly, and that is not good if you get details mixed up in the medical profession.

Dr. Sussman has been our family doctor for several years now. Never had a problem, office staff has been on point, facility is clean & organized, and the staff is very welcoming.
