Go to a different urgent care. I had a sinus infection for over a month, and the doctor didnt seem to care and wouldnt give me any antibiotics even after it turned into a chronic sinus infection, which spread into my chest making it hard to breath and into my eyes which resulted in swollen eyes and blurry vision for several days. I finally went to Xpress urgent care 2 days later, doctor was very nice, he prescribed me several things and I was completely cured within the next couple days. Dont waste your time with people that just want your money.

I was first introduced to Newport Urgent Care when I came down with a bad Sinus Infection over the weekend and could not see my primary physician. Not knowing what to expect, I was extremely impressed with the medical knowledge and bedside manner of both Dr. Doonan and his staff. They truly have the nicest staff in the OC! I subsequently turned my wife onto Newport Urgent Care and we both now make it our Primary Care when we get sick. We highly recommend Dr. Doonan and Newport Urgent Care, however, we hope it stays a secret!

I would have to say I am very disappointed with Dr Doonans follow up on my condition. After 2 calls to his office and his assistant telling me that he would call me back regarding a referral for my condition a 3rd call was made after hours. He treated me collected his fee and did not follow up after I had left a message for a referral for a ENT specialist. Must have been an urgent surf report so he could hit the beach....I would NOT recommend him if you need something more that a shot of B-12

If you have to go to Urgent Care, this is the place to go. Dr. Noonan & his staff are friendly & capable of handling any of your medical ailments. Whether you are seeking medical attention for an injury resulting from an accident or you are sick with the flu, Dr. Noonan and his staff are always ready to give you the attention you need to get you better as quickly as possible. Its comforting for me to know I have a place to go whenever Im sick and I cant see my regular doctor.

A family member recommended Newport Beach Urgent Care and Dr. Doonan when I was searching for a urgent care center. I was impressed with the friendly and professional staff. Dr. Doonan knew exactly what to prescribe for my symptoms and called the prescription in right from his cell phone, no time waisted. I was in and out of the center fairly quickly. I have been back a couple of times and received the same professional and courteous service.

Dr. Doonan is one the best most respectful and helpful doctors I have ever been too. I have gone to see him several times now and he always make you feel comfortable and gets you fixed up fast. He always knew the perfect remedy to make me feel better. He also gave my wife stiches a while back. She its incredibly afraid of needles and he sewed her right up and everything worked out great. I definitely reccommend Dr Doonan.

Newport Beach Urgent Care is a great place to go if you cant wait 2 weeks to see your doctor. You can stop in, get seen by friendly staff and get on your way quickly. Dr. Doonan is a great doctor and is genuinely interested in making sure his patients get the attention and care they need. I have gone to Newport Beach Urgent Care a number of times and each has been a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend them.

If I could give zero stars I would. If you are looking for an urgent care/insta-care for your non-life threatening medical issues this is definitely not the place. Im sure if you have an appointment than it may go better (doubt it though). We waited over 2 hours and still didnt see a doctor. I think my sons issue cleared up in the time it took to see a doctor. Highly recommend finding a different place.

Dr. Doonan and Dr. Heston have been nothing but amazing! Always fast, never been so comfortable to talk to a doctor. They do a great job and would refer anyone who is looking for a doctor who really does care about your health and well being. GREAT STAFF as well.

Thank you to Dr. Doonan and staff. Just went in to the Urgent Care this weekend with chest pressure and pain. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Dr. Doonan diagnosed my problem with ease and I walked out feeling much better. Highly recommended!

Horrible experience. Had an appointment and still had to wait over an hour to be seen. I eventually asked for a refund and left to go to Marque Medical. Much more efficient, professional, and friendly. I will not return to Newport Beach Urgent Care.

Freezing COLD in here BRING BLANKETS AND SOCKS Coat Hat Mittens dress warm they say they have NO HEAT and NO BLANKETS while 56 degrees Aside from that easy to park and get into Just dress warm and bring your own Coffee They have none.

I didnt have to wait too long because I went right when it opened. They give you a bottle of water if you ask for it. Staff and doctor are nice and professional. I will make this my urgent care of choice!

Dr. Doonan and his staff are great. I first went to the walk in office for urgent care. I was so impressed by the service and care I received that I changed to Dr Doonan for primary care.
