WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I could give this place NO stars. I made an appointment....called ahead of time to let them know I was 5 minutes late and that I was coming but STILL waited over an HOUR AND A HALF!!!! But that is not even the worst part. My poor pug became VERY ill after being prescribed Vectra by their vet. The vet originally suggested Trifexis but I was very weary of it because I had read all sorts of horrible reviews on the drug. ANYWAYS, he suggested that I try a new topical called "Vectra." When showing me how to distribute the treatment he mentioned how the dose was a bit on the large size for someone my dogs size.....but you think you should be able to trust your vet right?? WRONG! I applied the treatment on my pup and he had the WORST reaction ever. He experienced non-stop nervous ticks, running around, going insane, crying, yelping, and throwing up…. everything that would make any animal parent a complete wreck. I had to stay up with my dog for over 8 hours to monitor his behavior. Ended up calling these guys and I literally talked to the RUDEST woman. They had absolutely no compassion for me OR my pet. I made a claim with the drug company and demanded my money back for the vet visit and the Vectra money. She gave me the hardest time and ALSO went as far as telling me how its basically MY fault for not taking the first suggestion from the vet EVEN though it kills animals!!!! Anyways after being on the phone with this rude woman I broke into tears telling her my dog had gone through HELL. I mean the customer is always right!! I had spent near $150 dollars that day...I was only asking my money back for $55 dollars worth of that $150 total bill. They FINALLY agreed to refund that money but this place does NOT truly care about the well being of your animals!! To treat a customer the way they did to me was just astonishing. I will NEVER EVER go back here and Ill be sure to let everyone I know to make sure they NEVER step foot in this awful place.

Google would not let me give ZERO stars which is the only reason I have given A Count Vet 1 Star. I would never recommend anyone to this Vet. Without going into extreme detail I will simply say that you get what you pay for at this vet. Its cheap... and the service is severely lacking. They are all about getting as many pets in as they can and apparently care more about quantity rather than quality. Because of this vets negligence, our cat required immediate emergency care which cost us thousands of dollars. It was discovered that our cat had a congenital heart condition (he is only 1 year old) but if the vet had listened to his heart, they would have heard a murmur and proceeded with more caution instead of pumping him full of fluids and eventually causing him to go into heart failure. They sent our cat home and said he had been doing great all day (that they were monitoring him all day). When we arrived home, I had to take him to emergency clinic because now A County Vet was closed and they said if I hadnt brought him, he would have died. There is too much detail for me to go into in our situation but I can tell you without a doubt, I will never go here again and would never recommend this place to anyone. There are several other horror stories that I have discovered where people have taken their pets to this vet for simple procedures and have had fatal outcomes. Im not saying they are intentionally harming animals, but it just seems very clear that they are just too busy to actually provide attentive care for your pet.

I really wanted to love this place, but I dont. I took my dog there for months, at least once a month, and no one ever remembered us. I never felt like I was getting quality service. My dog is my life, and I want whats best for him. Weve found the best at Banfield with Dr. McPeak. A Country Vet never explained to me that the dog I got from a shelter may not have been properly vaccinated. Apparently, only rabies needs to be done by a vet, so Im redoing his vaccinations to be absolutely sure that he is 100% protected. Also, when I rescued my dog they said he was heartworm negative and handed me some paperwork. It was all in "vet code", so I assumed on the paperwork it said heartworm negative. A Country Vet read the paperwork, but never informed me that the test was not done and that I was lied to. 8 months after I adopted my dog I just found out he has heartworms and its pretty far along. I also called one morning because my dog needed immediate care. They said that they were booked and could set up an appointment for two days later. Thank God I didnt wait and called Banfield. They were booked as well, but understood that my dog was very sick and made room in the back so I could drop him off. His liver enzymes were over 6 times the normal amount! Now, I wouldnt trust anyone with my dog besides Dr. McPeak at Banfield. I would have loved to support a locally owned veterinary hospital, but A Country Vet just didnt seem invested in my dogs health.

there animal abusers period give money now or they will let it die,, this is there view point its not about the animal its all about the money first... This place is not animal friendly at all .. If YOUR ANIMAL IS DYING OR IN NEED OF EMERGENCY CARE DO NOT TAKE IT HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE CASH NOW.. THEY WILL LET YOUR ANIMAL DIE PERIOD THEY DID IT TO MY SON IF YOU CANT PAY NOW THE GIRL SAID OH WELL SORRY...... this over a cat who had 1 baby 10 hours ago and no more are coming out they said the cat could die bring her in my son told them he wouldnt have cash till friday they said dont worry about it right now well work it out ... Well i brought the cat in for him and they refused to see it when i mentioned they said the cat would die they said yes she very well might, then asked for money then said they would not see her and to bad about her dying .. SEEMS MONEY IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN A ANIMALS LIFE ....... IN THIS RESPECT THERE ANIMAL ABUSERS ITS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY NOT THE HEALTH OR WELL BEING OF YOUR ANIMAL THIS THEY HAVE MADE VERY CLEAR ....... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU LOVE YOUR ANIMAL IF YOU CANT PAY NOW THEY WILL ALLOW YOUR ANIMAL TO DIE FROM THERE NEGLECT AND ABUSE ....... THEY ONLY CARE FOR YOUR FURRY FRIEND IF YOU CAN PAY NOW NO RESPECT FOR ANIMALS AT ALL IM SO PEEVED

I was a walk in today for A Country Vet for my foster pups. I was there for some time, and observed the staff and doctors work with clients in the most professional manner. Everyone there was friendly, and seemed like they genuinely enjoyed their job. I was a walk in, and expected some wait time, and the staff did a great job of checking in with me for estimated wait time, and seeing if there was anything they could do to make me/the pups more comfortable. For those who had an appointment, they were quick and friendly, the staff seemed to work like a well oiled machine. We saw Dr. Dan I believe it was, a male doctor there. He was very friendly and informative, and took the time to answer all of my hundred questions. It was late in the afternoon, but he made sure we didnt feel rushed, and he really took his time to look over the little ones. Im very impressed with this clinic, and plan to move my own animals over to this clinic shortly!
