10/10 for good website (I like knowing what kind of place Im going before I go), 5/5 for having forms online to download and fill out at your leisure, 10/10 for comfortable atmosphere and furnishings, 5/5 for insurance acceptance, 30/30 for being very friendly, educational, helpful, investigative, and compassionate (she really takes the time to understand what you need, tells you what is going on, and how she plans on addressing it), 15/15 for helping to pick out glasses (I hate making such decisions), 20/20 for informing my decisions by revealing where to best apply my insurance and volunteering to work with me to keep costs down (I hate asking about such things, so it is great for someone like me when she offers it), 10/10 for high fallutin technology and its use (using at least some German made instrumentation (I regard Germany as the best for these types of things) and have this cool 3D eye camera that some how takes a picture of the inside of your eyeball without the puff of air! (pretty sure it was sorcery, but it could also have been German or Japanese engineering)), 0/5 because I didnt have x-ray vision like Superman upon leaving, so an excellent score of 100/105

This is by far the worst experience that I have ever had trying to purchase glasses. One thing went wrong after another, resulting in extremely poor customer service. As a medical student, I have limited time available to find and purchase glasses, making the experience even more frustrating. The frames I requested came in two weeks later than I was told that they would. Then, when I went in to try them on, they could not even find them or my prescription. Absolutely unacceptable. I will be shopping elsewhere in the future. Extremely disappointing. This is the first review that I have written, and I am only taking the time because I am so frustrated with their service.

I was delighted to find Dr. Takahashi, she and her office team are wonderful. I always feel like I am getting a really thorough exam, and that nothing could ever be missed or over looked. I have never had to wait around for the doctor to see me, which is really refreshing! They also have a great selection of frames in the office, and the prices are really reasonable. I have always had a terrible time picking out frames anywhere else. My husband and I both picked out frames and where out the door in less than an hour (that is an all time record for indecisive me). They have me as a patient for good!

Dr. Takahashi is a wonderful eye doctor!! She really knows her stuff! And shes super friendly, personable, easy to talk to and eager to answer any questions. Staff is also very friendly. They seem to have all the latest technology to diagnose and evaluate your optic condition. The office is also beautiful, modern and inviting. I had a great experience there. Safe to say shell be my eye doctor from now on! I HIGHLY recommend her!

My husband and I have been going here for a few years now and love it! Dr. Takahashi is very good! Shes very good about answering questions, not only about my eyes, but also details about lenses and frames. They have a decent selection of frames, too. I just got new glasses the other day and am going to order another. Mine and my husbands came in within a week. My husband and I would recommend Takahashi!

Dr. Takahashi is a professional. Thorough, patient, and knowledgeable. My son saw her for corneal reshaping contact lenses and she continued to see him until the therapy was working perfectly. And my wife, who had seen other optometrists in the area and in other parts of the country when we lived elsewhere could not be more complimentary of Dr. Takahashi. She is simply the best in her field.

At first I was really disappointed that the other doctor was gone (I heard she had to move) - but I really like this doctor. Dr. Takahashi spent alot of quality time with me and answered all of my questions and helped me find a really nice pair of glasses that were not too expensive. The only bad thing are their hours, but I still was able to get an appointment within a week.

I brought my son in for an eye exam. Dr. Giannobile was fantastic. She explained all the exam findings in a very reasonable to understand manner. The staff were very helpful and knowledgable with the frame and lens selections.
