@1st post: Your review of this facility is that of an incompetent individual. A review is an evaluation and, as such, "TERRIBLE!!!!" does little to actually evaluate the establishment. Please refrain from wasting peoples time by posting a comment that doesnt really provide useful information. And if you just dont have the cognitive ability to articulate your ideas clearly, then I suggest you take a little longer to think about what you want to say instead of impulsively and imprudently uttering your primitive one-worded responses. @2nd post: Haha, do you really expect people to take your post seriously when you cant even spell? Its like you think that youre all fancy by typing in all caps and using exclamation points to try to convey your anger, but it just looks like youre a little kid who needs to go to anger management classes -- and to finish elementary school while youre at it. I mean sure, it may have been just a simple typo, but really, knowing the difference between "lose" and "loose" requires no thinking whatsoever, and even a single-celled organism knows that "ignorantness" isnt a word. Furthermore, I really hope that you know hiring "ignorantness" people isnt grounds for losing ones professional license. When you said that statement, you just lost all credibility and made yourself look plain stupid. Maybe the dental office provides a low class experience because patients like you decide to come? @3rd post You sound like a horrible parent right off the bat. You seem to not be abashed by -- even proud of -- the fact that your son had to get SIX root canals and crowns. Judging from his/her actions, I assume that his age was not even a two digit number at the time which makes it that much worse. You sound like the type of parent who always trusts his/her kid even if it goes against all reason, logic, and sound judgement. You think that just because he/she is your child, he/she is always right such as when your child was "hurt". In basic psychology (sorry for being presumptuous; I should not have expected you to know basic psychology), there is something called the placebo effect. The placebo effect is when a control or control group states that it feels an improvement in health or behavior due to medication or a procedure when, in fact, the medication or procedure was actually a placebo, or a "pharmacologically inert substance (such as saline solution or a starch tablet) that seems to produce an effect similar to what would be expected of a pharmacologically active substance (such as an antibiotic)". Likewise, your child could have -- no, most definitely -- felt no pain and was just experiencing the psychological effects of the procedure. Finally, the dentist seemed sassy because there are plenty of "good moms" like you out there just trying to "take good care of your kids", and she felt that she didnt need to deal with it anymore. I know you dont know this, but health care professionals have to deal with obstinate and irrational people on a daily basis -- people who will threaten to sue for any and no reason at all. With that being said, she didnt want to put up with the ridiculous behavior and simply referred you to another dentist with the jurisdiction to sedate him which in turn would hopefully prevent you from further talking. Oh yeah, bye to you too! Good riddance. @4th post i like your post :)

I have been visiting Dr. Tran since I was in grade school. My son is now 10 years old and recently needed braces. Dr. Tran has been helpful and caring explaining everything to him and to me. I would recommend Dr. Tran to anyone looking for a dentist who will explain to you step by step when you are having a procedure done.

I decided to get my braces done here, and I had to get four teeth extractions. Dr. Tran was very gentle. With each check-up following the extractions for my braces, he was very thorough and attentive to my questions and concerns.
