Hi all, I read the previous 6 reviews and decided to give it a try, I had been going to Hammond Pet Hospital but I just wasnt very impressed. I really liked this place, it was nice, clean, and the people were welcoming. I did see Dr. Katsalis as per the reconmendation of the other people and she truly was very thorough...I have a 12 year old kitty with kidney disease and I was sure there was something else going on...she didnt just write him off, she did all that she could and he is doing SO much better now. It was my first time visit however I just thought it was nessisary to say that thus far I agree with the other comments.

Called on 11/8/16 to ask if I could bring my dog in because he was limping. My dog has never been to this vet, so I was worried they might not be able to see him. The woman on the phone was very nice and told me I could bring him in, however, when I showed up, a very rude woman told me I could not come in without an appointment even after I told her I called and was told I could bring him in. She was awful and I will never bring my dog back there or recommend this vet to anyone. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Dr. Katsalis at Ridge Animal Clinic is a very knowledgeable and caring veterinarian and truly a friendly, warm-hearted and wonderful person. I would not bring my dogs to anyone but Dr. K. Also, Lynn and the rest of Dr. Katsaliss staff are also really great with dogs and cats and provide excellent customer service.

I liked most of the staff one lady seemed pretty busy and annoyed but other than that they were cool and very informative. I have a kinda big dog and I think he did pretty good all things considered not as costly as I thought it was going to be but still up there over all they got the job done

I love Ridge Animal Clinic. My dog loves Dr. K. Great Staff. Good services. Good prices. Love the santa claus during xmas. Also they give out these kool ID cards for the pets with all the dates of vaccines for each pet. Highly recommended.

Dr. Kerri and her staff have been my Vets, for over 10 years. They are always very polite, professional and friendly. They always give you sound advice and help you in any way possible. I wouldnt take my pet people to anyone else.
