I had the worst experience ever. I have been going back and forward for a year with Kragness Hospital treating my dog. To no avail, the condition wasnt getting any better. After following Mr. Kragnesss instructions for treating my dog, the condition was gettting worse. The only instruction I didnt follow was bathing him four times a week, instead I bathe him twice a week. When I returned for his appointment, Instead of Mr. Kragness treating my dog he started chastising me because I didnt bathe my dog four times a week. After taking my dog to another animal hospital, on the first time visit my dog was given a shot and some pills for his condition. For an entire year Mr Kragness had my dog suffering from allergies. I did not appreciate you chastising me about my dog. You was the one that didnt know what you was doing. The vet at the other hospital said I was doing it right twice a week was fine. By the way you and the lady that sit at the desk need to work on your customer service skills!!!!!!!!!!!! Very mean people!!!!

I took my dog in cuz she was itching her ears so bad after I adopted her. She was miserable she couldnt even sleep. I took her there Dr. Kragnus said her ears looked a little dirty and gave me drops. I put then in as instructed and she was still itching constantly so I took her back a few weeks later and this was a follow up and the still charged me 120 and then he said it was a nervous habit and gave me some pills to stop her from scratcing. Well that didnt work. He never looked in or swabbed her ears. I finally took her to another vet who swabbed and looked deep in her ears. She had a double ear infection and ear mites. After treating her there that day she was a different dog she was so tired she slept for two days. Save your money and your animals suffering and go somewhere else! Where they no what theyre doing.

Its a decent animal hospital but VERY expensive in my opinion. Dr. Kragness is a very nice doctor but the staff is kinda iffy. My dog gets nervous and hostile whenever hes there but they did a great job of treating his ailment. He had trouble hobbling on his hind leg. They had to treat it on 2 separate occasions by giving him pills which were very expensive but worked perfectly. I plan to take him back soon to get his checkup and find out more about his condition with his leg. But I may still decide to take my business elsewhere to ensure my dog feels more comfortable and to avoid higher costs.

Receptionist was very rude. She had no patience as I attempted to explain the reason for my call and to give my informatieon. The office visit fee is overpriced. Kragness wants $50 and I found a very good vet that only charged $20. The groomer did a terrible job on my pet but they discounted the service so at least there admirable for that particular incident but I wouldnt recommend this place.

Weve been with Kragness for at over 50 years starting with Dr. Kragness (uncle) and now nephew, Dr. Kragness. Would recommend them to everyone. They are caring and helpful. Weve had a dog with Cancer; a dog with herniated discs, and now we have a fellow with some kind of growth in his head, and has medical issues. We can get in there when needed, and they are TOP NOTCH!

I love this vet!!!! They are absolutely the best. They actually provide treatment that works. They have my cats, Bonnie & Clyde, back to normal in a matter of days. They have never steered me wrong with their treatment and their prices are very reasonable.

This place smells like there are no animals anywhere. Very pleasant. Glad theyre still in business after all these years. My mother took our dog there when I was a kid, over 40 years ago. And now I take mine.
