Wonderful Doctors & Staff! Weve been bringing our animals here since Dr. Michaels over in Whiting closed down. I am so happy that we started coming here the doctors and staff are always very friendly and will take the best care of your pets. We recently found a dog and after no one claimed decided to keep her. She was so sweet and loving. We thought she had just had puppies only to discover she was about to have puppies in 5 - 10 days! Not only that this poor girl was 8 yrs old. Weve never gone through it and would never want to we immediately get our pets fixed for our and their well being. After our poor Lady struggled for days over the weekend to deliver her pups (we did take her to the ER in Crestwood only to be sent home assuring us she was fine) but 5 hrs later two pups were born dead and one survived. We took Lady and her pup to Illiana the next day for a checkup only to discover a pup was still inside her:( I was so upset she was gonna have to go through surgery and I would have to try and bottle feed her one little pup that made it. Again this was never my choice for this poor dog to be going through any of this in the first place. We didnt think the little pup would make it. Thanks to the awesome staff and Doctors over at Illiana our little guy made it. This is mostly thanks to a little Angel named Melanie over at Illiana who worked on her little pup for 45 mins to save him!! I am forever grateful to Dr. Asuncion and especially Melanie for saving our Ladys little pup.

Have taken our pets for 20+ years to Illiana Veterinary Hospital and my parents took their pet here before me. When you walk through the door, you and your pet are greeted with a smile and you immediately feel like family. Lobby wait time is not long and appointments are easily made. Staff is always friendly and helpful, never to busy to assist you with whatever you need. Dr. Jones has been our Vet since day 1 and you just cant get anyone any better. Such a Caring, Devoted man who is so so gentle with our pets. Definitely loves what he does! Hes happy when youre happy and hes sad when youre saddened. Love this man! He is the Angel of our dog and cat population ... I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Dr. Jones and his Staff to anyone in need of Loving Care for their pet.

This is the best vets office I have ever visited. I previously too my dog to see Dr. Jones, but since he retired we saw Dr. Gann this year. They are so helpful and thorough. (They diagnosed by dog with a heart murmur, which no other vet ever mentioned.) However, they are not pushy about treatments. My dog needs his teeth cleaned, but when I brought up my concerns regarding his age and health with the anesthesia required, Dr Gann have me samples of some dental treats for him to try instead. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone!

They are so nice. I got lost and a staffmember named Sara gave me directions until I got there. I was late coming and they still served me. When I got there with my kitten name Mittens they complimented how adorable she was and gave her free food and a diet program plus snacks. They also told her how much they loved her. I will definitely recommend this place they took my dog right away I think I waited like 5 minutes super fast service in Very very friendly staff I really hope that my dogs never get this sick again I hate to see them in Pain But in case something happens Im definitely going back to Illiana veterinary hospital

These doctors and staff are wonderful. I have been bringing my 4 dogs and cat there since the 90s. They are gentle, patient, compassionate and very skilled. I would highly recommend their services. More importantly, my animals were never fearful of entering the offices and being treated.
