My friend had two cats and took them here for their initial check ups and to get neutered, so she was loyal to Arkle. One of her cats had a lot of trouble going to the bathroom and always seemed to be constipated. She took him here twice and they told her that some cats have irregular bowel movements and it was nothing to be concerned with. They told her that two times. Yesterday his bathroom issues became worse so she took him to a different vet and they told her that he had issues with his intestine (most likely from a birth defect) and needed to have surgery, but it was likely to come back and there wasnt a high chance he would make it after the surgery. She decided to put him down and he was only one year old. Now she even called Arkle after she found out what was happening with her cat to ask them about doing the surgery and they completely blew her off and told her to email the doctor and that it would probably be over a week before it could be handled. This vet is very unprofessional and does not seem to be very knowledgeable about cats. If the other vet found the issue so simply, it seems that Arkle could have figured it out if it was truly a good veterinary clinic. Do not go here, please.

I have two dogs. One has had severe allergy problems over the last two years and the other dog has had a host of other issues from alopecia to a torn CCL As a result, Ive spent quite a bit of time and money at Arkle. Everyone who works there is friendly and caring. Doc Levinson spends lots of time with you and your pet. She also understands that funds (for me) are limited and she does her best to come up with alternate treatments or ways to spread treatments out over time to keep costs under control, if feasible. We finally have the allergies under control and I am thrilled. Just a note, because Doc Levinson spends as much time with your pet as you need, do not expect a quick appointment. You may have to wait to see her, but know that she will not rush you. I highly recommend Arkle Vets.

I feel fortunate to have found ARKLE because for years and a couple of vets later my Golden Retrievers are finally getting the quality care that I expect. Roxy and her team are top notch. I never feel like a number and she always takes the time to go over my dogs health thoroughly. For years we fought constant ear infections with one and under Roxys care that issue is now all but a distant memory. She also listened to my concern on my female and did a biopsy on an area my previous vet brushed off and told me didnt appear to be an area of concern. The biopsy confirmed it was cancer. Their quick response to remove the mass was very important to me. I would absolutely recommend ARKLE to anyone that is tired of the in and out process that happens at most practices.

We have been taking our baby here since he was 6 weeks old. We love the small town feel of Arkle and personal attention our pet gets. They are very accommodating to large dogs and willing to make modifications to devices such as E-collars to make them fit extra large dogs. We learn something new each visit in order to take better care of our dog. The entire staff is amazing and it is always nice to see familiar faces when walking in the door. I have never felt rushed or felt like I was asking too many questions. A wonderful place to go!

The staff is friendly and was very adaptable to my urgent need of scheduling conflict I had on the that first day. The doctor is detailed and knowledgeable as well as very patient when explaining the need of my dog, nutritional, dental and otherwise. I received a folder of general information and instructions printed by the doctor specifically tailored to my dogs needs and health concerns. I am definitely going to come back and will sure recommend Arkle Veterinary clinic to all who ask.

You will love, love, love this practice! The entire staff is very friendly and Dr. Pettit is so caring! She kept my Sammy (wonder cat) INSIDE the car carrier and laid a "calming, scented" towel over him while she examined him. She not only diagnosed his problem, but also discussed ways in which would enhance his life - tall scratching post, ping pong balls, etc. Were now close to going to the pros with his amazing table tennis skills! Definitely would recommend Arkle Veterinary Care!

Dr Rox is quite literally the most compassionate and caring veterinarian I have ever met. When my Annabelle, dog, was diagnosed with cancer, she swiftly referred her to Cobb Emergency to have the situation assessed. She is always very up front with you when she is concerned and doesnt charge for frivolous services for the sake of a dollar. Being a vet is her calling and we are very happy to have found her when we moved here from the Midwest.

We had a wonderful experience! They really went the extra mile to make our experience a step,above the rest. I feel that they do have my pets health in their best interest, giving me the information I need to make the best decisions for my pet. I really like that they dont take my pet out of the room during the visit, they handeled everything for our visit in the room with me. Very thankful for a pleasant experience!

This is the best place to care for your pet that I have ever found! Dr. Levinson takes time to talk and spends time with both you and your pet/s. We have 3 dogs and a cat and all are taken care of better than any vet I have ever been to. The staff there are wonderful as well. They have all become like family to us. You wont find a more caring, compassionate group of people, I promise. Arkle is wonderful!

I have been going to this vet clinic for many years. I always know what is going on with my pet, good or bad. We are also always given alternatives if we cannot pay for a particular service. My animals are never afraid to see her (though they still dont like the thermometer!) They get good service and are well cared for at Arkle. I travel from Powder Springs to see her because she is the best!

We have four cats and one dog that visit Arkle regularly for their health care. Dr. Levinson is a very knowledgeable and friendly vet, and she really cares about you and your pets. Her staff is also very welcoming and helpful. We have been taking our animals to Arkle for about 8 years now, when we found our first cat who needed a home. We would recommend this practice to anyone with dogs and cats.

Dr Rox has taken care of my pets needs for the past 20 years. Besides a caring vet, she is a devout animal lover..many years ago I told her how impressed I am with her ability to draw blood from my pets on the first try...She told me after work she volunteered at an animal shelter drawing blood. THAT in itself has kept me coming back as a VERY satisfied customer.. Thank you Dr Rox!!
