As a Nashville native I have continually been disappointed in the available veterinarians we have in Middle TN. After searching for years I finally found New Hope Vet Clinic. Dr Johnson and his staff have been a blessing to every animal in our family as well as our rescue. He truly cares and has a heart for each and EVERY animal he sees from disabled donkeys to turkeys with broken legs! It is so refreshing to find someone who is passionate about his career. This is a rarity unfortunately and we are so blessed to have someone with such a big heart that is also so knowledgeable and sensible in his work. -LBL Rescue

I found the staff professional, friendly and the facility clean and tidy. I took 2 cats in for routine spay & neuter. The technician and I went over procedures and medicine for each patient and the cost up front. I was not pressured on selling me additional items. The pricing was fair and reasonable. They had taken the time to call me on their status and at discharge they both looked good and felt good. I worked in veterinary medicine for 35 yrs and I would recommend New Hope Veterinary to all.

This is the best vet that I have ever used . They are so compassionate and so reliable. They really do care about your animals and are very supportive. I have an old horse and she needs special care . This vet has helped us tremendously with her issues and is willing to go over and beyond to meet her and our family needs . Thank You so much for your compassion . It means so much to our horse , Breezy and to my family . God Bless you for all that you do .

I just took my cat there for them to look at it and charge me and tell me to come back on Friday so they can look at it again. And still no idea whats wrong and they charged me for bringing my rabbit in and told me to take him home and bring some poop back?????wtf is wrong with this picture? They did absolutely nothing and charged me and told me to come back so they could do it again. Im heated to say the least!

The best of the Best!!! New Hope saved my cats life! He was being treated without success at another vet and we were to the point of having him euthanized when a friend recommended Dr. Johnson at New Hope. He did some test and changed his food and Samsons goiter shrunk down to nothing within 6 weeks and he was eating healthy and playing like he was a kitten again!!! I would not bring my animals anywhere else!!

I am in LOVE with this veterinary clinic. They are just so friendly and helpful. I own exotic pets and I always think that the bill will be too rich for my wallet, but at the end of every visit I am always breathing a sigh of relief. The vet is so friendly and easy to talk to. I live in Gallatin, but I am always willing to drive to Joelton to get the best for my rats.

Love that the doctors can see my snakes, dogs, cats, and my pet rat. While I have been there I have seen a deer, horse and a pig! Great one stop place for large, small, and exotic animals! The doctors truly care about my pets. The staff is super friendly and the facility is clean. I do recommend this place to any and everyone that has animals!

Im a little late in posting this. Back in January we had to have an older horse put down, it was on Saturday and we found New Hope Vet. They were GREAT!! Office staff to the vet and assistant were all polite, caring people. Couldnt ask for better people!!

We love New Hope! They have always taken fantastic care of our dogs and even stayed until 10pm to perform emergency surgery on our GSD. They are very well priced. The facility is small and clean, staff is friendly and understanding!
