Terrible. We adopted our puppy here, and they were very rude to us. After telling us the shots were included At the adoption once we brought her in they charged us and basically acted like we were morons. Not only were they rude about the cost and scheduling of her shots but they told us we HAD to spay our puppy. Which would have been fine however they were forceful and rude, even stooping low enough to throw small claims court in our face if we wouldnt ablige. Very unprofessional, very rude, and overall a complete waste of time. They even acted like they would take her back, as if we would just abandon our dog. This dog is our family, and youre not gonna force us to do anything with any member of our family. They tried to push their beliefs on to us, after overhearing a part of our private conversation about maybe not spaying her so we could breed her with her best friend dog and just spay her later! They made it into a big deal and it was very offensive. Please avoid this place unless you enjoy being treated like an uneducated pet abuser. Its for the best.

It was a wonderful experience taking our kitten here to get spayed. They were very helpful and professional. They got her in with no problems. A few hours after surgery, we went in to check on her, and she was just waking up from the anesthetic. In no time she was bouncing around like nothing had ever happened. They gave us some pain medicine to give her for the following three days, which was nice. I don’t think she really needed it though-you could hardly tell she had anything done. Stitches are healing up nicely. We would make them our number one vet if they weren’t an hour and a half away from where we are.

I adopted a rescue kitten in March and included in the adoption was a free spay or neutering certificate at this vet. In my first week with him at home, my kitten began to show signs of an upper respiratory infection. Clarkson Wilson Vet Clinic saw him free of charge because the URI was likely a pre-existing condition prior to the adoption, and even gave me the preventative anti-biotics and other medications for free. If the front desk is every busy when you try to call, its simply because of the number of returning customers and the pro-bono work they do. I was 110% satisfied with this vet.

I adore Dr. Doug! We started taking our animals here when our gecko lizard became sick. Dr. Doug kept Gunner for a week to take care of him without charging us because of our financial situation! When Gunner died, the staff let us know and asked permission to do an autopsy since it wasnt obvious what killed him. Weve been taking our other animals here every since. Dr. Doug is a man who LOVES animals!

After visiting a local vet that was incredibly rude and unprofessional, I called the Clarkson Wilson vet for my rattie, Peter. I would recommend this vet to everyone, whether your companion is usual or unusual. Theyre amazing and extremely experienced. I am impressed with their sense of humor and love for all animals and would not take my hairless baby anywhere else. Thank you so much!

We had a serious emergency with our cat. Recently moved, we knew no one in the area - called them blindly because Google search said they were the closest. They were able to see us immediately and saved the life of my cat, and continue his care to this day. Knowledgeable staff, with a gentle touch - our cat is no longer traumatized to go to a vets office! He loves them :)

My sugar glider rachel has a scratched eye. I took her to see Dr. Doug and it is healing nicely. Reminder to check your gliders daily and address any health issues asap. Thank you dr. Doug
