First time coming here switch to this doctor because of a family member referral but so far me nor my son are not feeling very welcomed or comfortable had an appt at 8:30 but my phone cut off so couldnt use the gps so we stopped at a village in just to call them to tell them we were running late and for direction and with no hesitation or sympathy they told us to reschedule now. When I called its was 8:50 thats only cause no one would let us use a phone to google the doctors number anyways both me and my son had to miss school today because we took there 10:45 opening I can understand the 15 min. Policy but me and my son was up there by 9hoping to be seen earlier but nope we didnt get called till maybe 11:15 and I have a cranky two year old at this point to sum it all up we didnt leave till a lil after 12 just for her to say my son has a cold and it will pass

Dr. was attentive; staff, not so much. Wasnt a huge deal, but did strike me as rude that while I was in the waiting room with my 4 year old, they shut off the TV as they left for lunch. He was being a big boy quietly being patient watching the Disney movies. One staffer did stay with Dr. until she was done in the back evaluating my newborn. I wasnt sure why they didnt just leave it for her when we all walked out together. I took a sec to update their hours and map location on Google Maps and everything. Address was correct, but turn-by-turn still led people to old location. o_O

Dr. Smith is wonderful. She first saw our daughter in the hospital a day after her birth. She was so kind we decided to keep her as our 1st childs pediatrician. She has always been very responsive. I have had to call several times in the middle of the night and I always get a call back within minutes. She comforts me and I know my daughter is in good hands. As a first time mother I am fully confident I made the right choice. She also has her own practice so your child will not be seeing just any random doctor. They always see Dr. Smith. I am very happy with our decision.

Dr.Smith and her Staff have always been polite and respectful however I just didnt really feel like she was the best pediatrician for my kids. There was an accumulation of this such as being given the wrong appointment time and when I show up Im told my appointment was canceled. Not only that but if youre 15 mins late the appointment will be cancelled (understandable) but if the doctor is late the staff wont even address you. Also a few concerns I had about my kids I felt were ignored or shrugged off.

My daughter has been seen here since birth. She is almost 4 and i like the office and staff but majority of the time i feel rushed . One time she never told me what she was prescribing my daughter with and how was it to be given .....wasnr very happy and comfortable about that. i had to call back when i realized it, then it was not the pharmacy when i went ..... 945am till 2pm

My kid has been going to Dr. Smith for a few years. She is a great doctor. Dr. Smith is respectful, attentive, kind and very knowledgeable. The wait time isnt bad and the staff is nice. If you call after hours, Dr. Smiths answering service will take a message and send it to her and she will call you back within 10 minutes.

Dr. Smith is very good at what she does, always on track with my child. I also work in healthcare and is hard for me to trust a physician, but I trust her! Occasionally feel rushed, but usually during busy season. Been going here over a year now.

My daughter has been with her since the age of nine and always attentive to her needs. Mrs Smith is a great pediatrician.
