Beware of this place!! 07/01/2016 I received a phone message to call their office. After three attempts I finally got through the automated system by choosing the appointments option. Then immediately placed on hold until Debbie spoke with me briefly--hold again--then the phone hung up or someone hung it up. So I drive to the office. Upon my saying my name I heard" OH, I was just about to call you!" Finally, I learned that I was supposed to pick up a pair of shoes that had been ordered so long ago I forgot about them. Then i was told to wait for the doctor "to make sure they fit properly." When the doctor entered she felt the toes and exclaimed, "these have steel toes! How do they fit?" The extended waiting and the questionable service--BE CAREFUL.

I have been to this center to visit two different doctors for two different circumstances. I had plantar fasciitis a few years ago. I knew what was wrong and was already trying home remedies to correct the issue. After a couple months, I decided I needed to see a doctor. They put me in a boot at nights. A month later, I was much better. Another month and there hasnt been trouble since. My daughter is a gymnast and experienced an overuse injury. They ordered her insoles which are warrantied, so they worked with me to get everything set up to make sure she could get the replacements when her feet grew. The doctor interacted very well with my 11 year old. Ive never had trouble with scheduling or waiting long.

Ankle + Foot Center was a poor experience. Got all checked in early after completing a mountain of paperwork...which was handed to me under a sign asking for patience as they moved to electronic medical records. Sat in the exam room for 20+ minute and THEN the nurse came in to say the doctor called and should arrive in the office within 30 minutes. I got up to leave and they asked if wanted to reschedule. Of course I said no thanks, I will call around for an appointment elsewhere. How rude! Dislike Ankle + Foot Center!

If I could give it no stars I would. PLEASE dont waste your time here, if u have to drive to brandon please do , the staff is so unprofessional they dont know what they are doing they dont know how to schedule you an appointment. .wont take accountability for any of their actions..dont waste your time at all..

I take my mother to Ankle & Foot Center in Plant City, and I have never had a problem with them. The staff is always courteous, there is very little wait time, and Dr. Gagliardi has a great bedside manner. My husband is also a patient there and has always had a pleasant experience.

I also had the same result as Alex. Spent over an hour getting ready to see the doctor and was then told he was not there and they could not give me an estimate of when he would be in. What a waste of my time going to the Ankle & Foot Center in Plant City.
