the front office is horrible they need to go back to school because who ever trained them must have forgotten proper office and phone etiquette, who leaves someone on hold for 45 mins and counting, I would love to never have to speak to these people ever again. Step up your game up and fire the unprofessional staff you have, Lunch is from 12:15-2:15 right well why pick up the phone at 12 pm to ask me to hold and then disconnect me so you can go eat. Really ? Then all i hear in the background is laughing like no one has a job to do. Never again.

Yesterday was our first day visiting dr Williams and I was pleasantly surprised staff was really warm welcoming and friendly and fun.Dr Williams himself has a very professional and caring attitude also a wonderful bedside manner,i cant remember the last time I laughed so much at a DRs apt he makes you feel welcome he is super fun the only thing I can say is all around great people.love this dr and his staff☺

Awsome Pediatrician he has been with my son Ezra since his birth behind my OBGYN we travel from Pasco to Hillsborough County for Him will never leave he is great and hia staff are Amazing. My son has a small vsd heart mummer Dr. Williams caught it after St. Joseph missed it at birth. Truly when you go you have a wait but patience is a virtue. Go and let patience have her perfect work. Amen God Bless

Very bad service have patients waiting in the waiting room for over 3 hours plus they dont allow you to schedule an appointment until they are available when you really need your child to be seen ASAP just horrible service I would pick 0 stars but Google doesnt allow me to
