Just had another visit to the dentist...I had broken a crown. Dr. Efird carefully reviewed information regarding the crown and noted it was made from an earlier version of the porcelain product. He discovered my crown was still under warranty--and so, he not only gave me the new crown at no cost--but made it from the upgraded stronger porcelain. Dr. Efird and Dr. Dimsdale are both wonderful and experienced dentists. I love the office staff, dental assistants, and dental hygienist--very pleasant and friendly office. I highly recommend these folks! I am a teacher here in Hendersonville and they have gone out of their way to ensure I get appointments that do not interfere with my teaching time. I love that, too! This is not a solicited review--if you are looking for a good dentist--Carolina Mountain Dental is where you will find not just one, but two great dentists and staff.

I cant describe how amazing the people are at Carolina Mountain Dental. Dr. Efird and Dr. Dimsdale are both incredible doctors and pay close attention to the patient and the needs of their oral hygiene. I highly recommend this office to anyone who has ever been previously scarred from a bad dental experience. The doctors and staff really put you at ease and make sure you are comfortable as possible. I love this office.

Had a recent visit with Dr. Efird and it was really great! One of the things I like is that he explains what he is going to do before he does it. That makes me feel a lot less anxious. All of the staff are very pleasant and nice to be around.
