Today was my first and last visit. I had a scheduled appointment and waited an hour to go back. The waiting room was packed, dirty, and hot. When I did go back i had x- rays taken. They were never shown to me our discussed with me. I was then sat in a chair for a "teeth cleaning." The lady put tooth paste all over my teeth and went over my teeth with a "scrubber" for about ONE MINUTE. At every teeth cleaning my entire life, it has taken an hour. Because at a legitimate dentist office they go over every single tooth with multiple instruments. They also floss. But no not here. Then the dentist comes in and jerks my mouth around like I am cattle. Tells me I have cavities. The cavities He is referring to is actually only stains at my gum line around a previous filling I had. I know this because my previous dentist showed me my x rays from not even 6 months ago when I was concerned with the stain. Long story short... This office treats you like cattle. The place is dirty, hot and over crowded. Nothing is discussed with you. You have no idea what is going on. I will Also be contacting my insurance company and letting them know of my experience. They shouldnt be paid for the "service" I received. I will Also contact the dental association. I dont know how this place is open for business. I wish I wouldve read these reviews before going. The most important thing about going too the dentist is communication and trust that they will take care of your teeth. You will not find that at this practice.

Worst dentist Ive ever been to and I have been to a lot they have been red flagged and cant give you medication for pain after pulling tooth 1st said they where waiting for perception pads to come then told me my insurance red flagged me witch was a lie I had to go to hospital to get pain medication for my teeth. This office has been red flagged and after running there names through the Florida dentistry I got a letter back stating that 2 of the Dr that worked on me is not licensed in the state of Florida and some lost there licenses in New York for perception abuse. Please do your research before using a dentist I learned my lesson the hard way. If I was red flagged the hospital would have been the first place to tell me know but they sent me home with a prescription for pain medication because the only person that was red-flagged here was the dentist.

Really really really bad busses! Its not even work 1/5 star! I would like to rate 0. They have the special clean regular for 60$ and then i made appointments and the guy came with a t-shirt and short looked so unprofessional! He took a look my teeth and telling me i need something which is i dont understand! And he give the job to the girl to clean my teeth! She used thr drill bit like a brush and brushed all my teeth and im done! Like what the hell! The give me the list cost like 2000 for me to do and tell me i need get them done! She charge me 80$ i was like he told me 60$, she was like 20$ for me to clean ! And i say no, 60$ was the deal! She was like its ok and start talking spanish! Please dont waste ur time and money in here! They so unprofessional

I wont lie I was nervous about going here at first because of the negative reviews. However, despite the reviews I reluctantly went. I had fillings and an extraction done. The doctor who did my fillings was very patient with me and made sure I was comfortable. He made sure my fillings were adjusted correctly. Dr. Ann did my extraction. She was so amazing. I had some really scarry experiences with the dentist. Havent we all?Dr.ann was so sweet to me and talked me through everything to keep me calm. Unlike other dentists who had to break my teeth off and dig it out, dr. Ann was able to extract my tooth without breaking it off. She took her time and made sure everythung went smoothly.Overall I had a really good experience here.

My husband went there to HVE gold teeth put in (22) karat to be exact , and the gold they put in turned out to BE FAKE GOLD we had it tested. Very unprofessional. Told my husband they would return his 4000 once they get the gold out ,they took the gold back out the HEAD DOCTOR left out the back door while the other proceeded out the front . Long story short cops got involved we got a lawyer so on so on I TRULY ADVISE THAT ANYONE CONSIDERING THAT PLACE RECONSIDER. Oh we did get our money back after going through hell an back

I went to Omega Dental yesterday to have a tooth pulled out it was amazing they numbed my tooth a couple shots I was in an hour and 30 minutes I did not feel a thing it was awesome the people are so kind I came home I was Numb so I decided to vacuum and steam my floors do my laundry my tooth was unnumbed Ive had no pain I still feel nothing I feel great an amazing dental office I recommend anyone to go there they are now my dentist and I wont change offices

Do not recommend! They do not take tooth pain seriously. I told the Dentist I was in pain and he ignored me and sent me home. I had to call back to get him to help me and then I was prescribed Ibuprofen 800mg which I had already been taking and it was not helping. Am on hold for a tooth extraction until my insurance covers it and There is no after hours number to contact the doctor. Small place and they act like you dont matter. Stay away!!!

I would say that after reading some reviews I thought twice before taking my kids to this practice due to the bad reviews I saw. But personally I suggest to everybody to give them a chance to prove they are the best at what they do My three kids were extremely happy they had no fear and all treatment was done on time with no delays. the best part they accepted my kids insurance and I had to pay nothing. Very good comments about this team

I was brought to this office by my son when I told him I was needing dental work. I had a very good experience due to their professionalism, efficient and capable in their work, they went to the root of my problem without hesitating, the work was done quickly without wasting my time and I was extremely satisfied I totally recommend this practice. PS: The cost were very reasonable.

I was kind of worry about going to Omega Dental but after meeting Dr. Jimenez and his staff I found out that I had made the right decision. Prices are very affordable, they accepted my insurance and my problem was taken care of. I guess everybody has a different experience and different expectations mine were met 100%. truly recommend this dental practice.

I have been to several dental offices trying to use my insurance benefits but they always waste it with things I Do not need. I was seen by Dr. Jimenez and he focused on the things I needed most and the best part was that the Office manager organized my Benefits so I could use it wisely. I would say the best service ever received
