Initially, this office looks very up to date, clean and professional. I thought the dentist was very skilled and patient but I question the professionalism of most of the staff. I initially came in because I had 1 very sensitive pre-molar. After x-rays, the dentist pointed out that a few teeth needed work or were close to needing work but we would focus on the painful tooth obviously due to its priority. He determined I needed a root canal and we began and completed the procedure. The procedure itself is a little rough but he did a good job keeping the pain at a minimum. The dental assistant, Nicole was awesome. She was very warm and attentive – working very carefully to make the experience as smooth as possible. Unfortunately, I noticed a few days later that he performed the root canal on the wrong tooth, without any doubt. When I came in for a follow up, I said that the pain did not go away and I felt that he performed the procedure on the wrong tooth. (Which I found out later, is fairly common in this industry) Anyway, he smooth talked his way around it started to perform the root canal on the correct tooth – since I was in a lot of pain, I didn’t argue or drag out the fact he screwed up. I just figured he would do the right thing and correct the mistake, as well as not charge me for the mistake. So 2 root canals, 2 crowns and 1 cavity procedure later – my bills were piling up, between out of pocket and my insurance, I spent over 2,000$. I was put on a payment plan for the rest of the money owed but had to break it up into smaller payments due to financial hardships. I sent in a partial payment as a result of the hardships and they actually sent back the check I wrote to them back to me as if they were unwilling to work with me. I was very insulted and told them that’s all I had at the moment. I wanted to work with them on small payments and threatened to cash a check I had left there for the original payment plan. On top of that, they charged me for working on the wrong tooth, which changed the original total anyway. After threatening to cash the check they had, I had to cancel the check – which cost me 35 dollars. I’m blown away by the fact they wouldn’t accept smaller payments. This is ridiculous because I had dropped over 2,000 dollars on these procedures and its simply bad business and unprofessional. Between the shady billing practices, lack of customer service and lack of accountability for doing the wrong tooth – I wouldnt recommend them. I had also referred a few people there and didnt receive any type of thanks or discount.

I took my 3-year-old son there today for his first ever cleaning. The staff was so friendly and went out of their way to make my son comfortable. He actually said he had fun! The dental assistant did a little puppet show for him with animal puppets that had human-like teeth in order to demonstrate all of the instruments she would be using. After the cleaning, he was very excited to get his sticker and "Cars" toothbrush. I also enjoyed my first visit there. The facilities are very clean, new and inviting. The dentist, assistant, and front desk staff took their time to explain exactly what they were doing and answer any questions I had. So far, so good! I would definitely recommend this dentist for adults and children alike.

I have been a happy patient of SmileWright for 8 years. Originally with Dr. Chris, now with Dr. Grieb. The staff is very personable and knowledgeable. The hygienists treat you as a family member – in a good way! I have been blessed finding a dental facility of this caliber after so many unpleasant experiences elsewhere. SmileWright has never pushed for unnecessary services. They do encourage oral cancer screenings, which are inexpensive, painless, quick and could save your life. They discourage controversial amalgam fillings. I always feel special when leaving this facility, even if I’m occasionally slurring and drooling! The repercussions of forgetting to floss twice a day are as painless as possible at SmileWright.

This Dr has bad bedside manners, doesnt explain procedures well, and when asked questions is very condescending. He is usually overbooked and is impatient if he has to answer or explain things to you. Some of his front desk employees have bad attitudes ( ana). He claims to be a member of the ADA and the FDA but does NOT exist in their databases. Unless you want to pay to have a bad experience DONT come here!

Dr. Grieb and the whole team have been great for me! Ive never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. Everything is explained to me, from the billing to the actual work being done. I needed a good amount of work done, due to me not going to the dentist for over 5 years. They fixed me up and I have had no issues since. Everyone is not only professional, but also very nice. I feel like I make a friend or two each visit. I highly recommend the SmileWright Dental Center!

Dr. Grieb delivers her mission of caring, honesty and comfort, beautifully and genuine! You can feel her mission not only from her but from her entire staff. One of my dreads in life had been the dentist, for me to be able to say I am totally comfortable in their hands is short of miraculous and definitely unprecedented. P.S. I need to say that Dr. Grieb has been in office less than a year, old reviews should not count against her.

I came to Smile Wright for my husband who had a loose tooth. We were able to get a next day appointment. My husband has severe anxiety and usually requires sedation. All the ladies and the Dr were awesome. They made him feel so so comfortable and even let me go to CVS to get him head phones to listen to his music. Everyone is awesome. We are very happy we came here and he didnt need sedation. Definitely recommend this office.

I really like Tori Grieb, DMD. She makes you feel very comfortable with her dentistry and her staff are all helpful and nice. Denesha greets you with her friendly smile when she brings you to the exam areas which have large picture windows looking out to the beautiful gardens which are so peaceful. I had been a patient who transferred from Lakelands dental office. So happy that we found her again!

It was one very bad, painful experience! The staff has questionable professionalism and were impatient. Couldnt trust them after they showed me the treatment estimate that maximizes the out of pocket although I have a good insurance. And couldnt let them work on my teeth after the first painful deep cleaning and x-ray experience. Never going back to this clinic and will never recommend it!!
