I have been seeing Dr. Carrero for about 3 yrs now. . In the past, Dentists terrified me and my teeth needed lots of work. Finding New Image Dentistry has been a Godsend. The Dr is very knowledgeable and always answers my questions. He takes the time to explain the procedure step by step. All the staff is friendly and courteous. They even offer you blankets if you are chilly! The dental chairs are comfortable with TVs attached. They also have many different payment options to take care of anything your Insurance does not cover. Their state-of- the-art equipment allows your dental experience to be as comfortable as possible. The atmosphere is peaceful and the staff treats you like family and thats exactly what I needed. I have no stress about dental work anymore. I have had his office do a lot of work for me. I am always pleased with the quality. So far,I have had 2 root canals, a cap or 2 put on, a few fillings and a bridge performed by the hands of Dr. Carrero and his wonderful staff. I trust them to do whatever needs to be done to give me the smile I want. He ALWAYS makes sure that I am pain free, and is very considerate and empathetic. Even as he works, he asks you to raise your hand if you feel any pain . . . I will never go to another dentist!! I hope he stays close to me. If you are fearful of getting dental work or are not happy with your current Dentist, you have to visit this place. I always feel great when I leave and never dread my dental appointments.. Btw, I AM NOT getting paid to write this. I truly feel that New Image Dentistry is a wonderful place. I believe they are helping to build a stronger community. You are not a patient there, you are a PERSON. Their customer service is exceptional, the dental work is top-notch and the experience is pleasant. 5 stars all the way! If I could give 6, I would!!

Starting from my very first visit to this office… The staff was beyond friendly, Professional and super polite; During my first visit Darlene B welcomed me and made sure I was well accommodated and comfortable, Dr. Luis was very polite, gentle, and acknowledged my needs and professionally, yet Gently worked with his team to resolve. Every visit since my first to this office is great! Everyone in the office remembers my name and greets me by my first name during all my visits (not just a number to the practice). I can always call for a professional and personal opinion, Darlene seems to always be available to assist with all my questions and concerns. the entire staff is friendly, upbeat,Professional, knowledgable, gentle and caring. Visiting the dentist is now a pleasure with a staff like this. Shabon is the most gentle hygienist I have ever met, she is compassionate, and very good at what she does. Wayne is very Polite and tentative to the needs of the patients. Susan whom is a new addition to the practice is very knowledgable, and like everyone else polite, she does a very good job with a cleaning, being very detailed and informative throughout the process. The additional staff is always friendly and polite upon contact. The practice overall is accommodating to diversity, personality and lifestyles as well as dental needs and concerns. I am sure there are some faults with this practice as everywhere has some faults, But I am yet to have a bad a experience here. Thank you for all your hard work New Image staff!

I wanted so badly to be able to write a good review for this place. They fit me in last minute for some different minor issues and everyone there was extremely nice and personable. HOWEVER not once but twice I was given completely wrong information by the front desk/manager Natalie. For example, there had been a tooth brush on display for weeks and my fiance and I were interested in buying it. The only reason we decided to buy a tooth brush was because we really liked the one being displayed. We payed for it and waited for the shipment to come in. When it did, we got the standard version of the tooth brush on display. Natalie kept telling us that was the one we ordered however that is not possible because I had never seen that tooth brush in my life and had only been educated on the more expensive one. The same thing happened again with whitening product I purchased, I got nothing that was promised to me. DO NOT GO HERE if you expect honest service. If you do decide to take the risk, walk away from the counter when Natalie tries to sell you something, I give you my word she will not deliver what she says.

The summer before beginning my freshman year at Harvard, I realized that I needed my wisdom teeth removed. Even though it was really short notice since I was leaving soon, Dr. Carrero still allowed me to come in and see if he would be able to perform the extractions so that I wouldnt have to go to an oral surgeon. He said he was able and I scheduled an appointment for like a week later. Most of my friends have had these terrible stories about how they had to go completely unconscious for their procedures and then woke up in excruciating pain, but that wasnt the case for me at all. Dr. Carrero gave me some laughing gas and a few numbing shots and I was good to go. When he delivered the shots, they were literally as pain free as shots can be. Ive never felt more relaxed at the dentists office. After the extraction, which was quick and truly painless, there was some soreness that went away after about a week and I was able to eat a full range of foods again. Dr. Carrero did an amazing job with removing my wisdom teeth and I would highly recommend his practice to anybody looking for dental care of any sort.

Terrible experience. I paid for treatment my brother got done, and when I called to have the bill explained to me (bc I too work at a dental practice and felt things I was charged for was unclear), the office manager was extremely rude and unprofessional to me. I wasnt once rude or disrespectful, I was simply calling to have what I paid for explained to me. I also wasnt told I was being charged for these things before hand when I asked. Paying for the treatment wasnt the issue at all, whatever the doctor felt he needed to do is fine with me and I trust a doctors judgment, I just wanted to know what it was I paid for and why it needed to be done. Im not sure how the dentist and staff is in person, but over the phone it was the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with, and I am also the manager at my practice, and would terminate someone immediately for treating a patient that way. Needless to say, I will fly my brother up here to come to my practice before he will visit this one again. He did say the doctor himself was awesome, but unfortunately his manager ruined it for us.

The service provided here by the staff was beyond exceptional. Everyone made my experience there very relaxing and comfortable. I usually dread going to the dentist but from the minute i was greeted then examined to when i set up a follow up exam i was made feel as if i was at home. The dentist Dr. Luis Carrero catered to my every need with staff constantly coming in to see how i was doing. The office manager Natalie and her staff were very professional and very pleasing to deal with. The hygienist Jovanka was very pleasant and caring making sure she took very well care of me while i was in her hands. No hidden fees what so ever. I was explained thoroughly my treatment plan by the office manager. I placed an order for whitening gel and received it in the time i was promised and exactly what i ordered. I recommend anyone who is not comfortable in visiting a dentist to experience this dentist and his staff it will make you think different of dentist. This is one dentist that everyone should go to.
