This is my 1st time writing an online review. Terrible experience. 1st time there with husband, after they took 20 some X-ray films on you, the hygienist found 2 little calcified particles on teeth. Then Dr. G and the hygienist began to force us to buy the thorough cleaning package which was about $80-90 per person out of pocket. (I do my oral cleaning every 6 months, floss my teeth, use water pick; I take care my teeth). They said this package is not the deep cleaning, just because hygienist needs to take more time to clean, so charge more. We discuss with the Dr., only my husband would like to have the thorough cleaning, not me. I would just like to have the routine our dental insurance covered cleaning. The doctor continued forcing me to spend more money to do thorough cleaning. And she said with bad attitude, high tone of voice, "we cannot do the basic routine cleaning for you, cause thats liability. If we did basic cleaning, and in the future you have infection, you will sue us. So, no, if you dont do the thorough cleaning, we dont do the basic cleaning for you." I never heard about this, as the patient, we cannot make decisions for our own treatment plan? Today I chose not to do thorough cleaning; how can you force the patient, threat us, and refuse to provide service? If its about liability, as the healthcare provider, you always can put in your records that we recommended certain therapy, but patient denied it. And the proper healthcare provider should respect patients right and plan other alternate treatments to help this patient. However, Dr. G and her staff just forced us and even refused to do basic cleaning. I hope all the healthcare providers can abide to their profession core values, really put their patient in the center, build up a patient-center care; instead of trying to make out of money from the patients. I feel this Dr was trying her best to make patients pay more for the services which they dont really need. Cannot trust this dental office.

Biggest mistake and Worst experience I have ever had in my life, avoid this place like your life depends on it, because it does. I went in with a loose front tooth, they told me I needed to have all my upper teeth removed, said all my teeth were bad even though I was not having any problems other than the loose tooth, well after a month of thinking about it I agreed because they said I would love my new smile. they didnt want to fix just one tooth. I paid around 600 cash and they said insurance would cover most of the cost. Well they removed all 9 of my upper teeth which only took them about 20 min. Worst 20 min. of my life, I choked and felt like I was suffocating the whole time. They gave me some dentures which were a complete joke, cant eat with them, cant talk or smile with out them falling out even after they adjusted them several times. They sent me a bill for over 1200 saying insurance wouldnt cover it because it was surgery. What a shock. Its been almost a year now and I have developed an anxiety disorder in which I feel like I cant breath and cant swallow with just a thought. I have forgotten what its like to eat real food, go out to eat or even kiss my wife passionately. I feel as though all they wanted is to make a quick buck which they did. But in the process ruined my life. It will be a cold day in hell before I send them the 1200 bucks they billed me, I have since started saving for dental implants which will cost 12,000. If you go here and they say you need dentures, dont be an idiot like me,, run away,, get a second opinion, the quality of your life depends on it, I have been thinking about writing since this happened, if it only helps one person I will be happy. Good luck with your dental work and God Bless these people because they need it

Misinformed, misdirected staff, lack of educating customers on what to expect. Attitude on phone... FYI... If you dont like your job, dont take it out on the customers. They are not the source of your issues. Lacking the initiative to tell the customers the cost prior to receiving services. Charging customers for services and telling them afterwards .. then sending them to collections is wrong! Then talking about the customer after they leave from speaking to a so called manager in the office. Wrong! I wasnt even that customer I was the one waiting for almost two hours listening to all of this going on. Funny thing you actually had to call a customer to let them know they left without paying. She didnt know she had to pay anything until you called her, so what else would you expect!! So if I was anyone thinking about going to this place, you need to have the understanding in going that they may lack some type of integrity. Sneeky, huh?! Or so you think, your gonna get the wrong one some day, they gonna sue you. Keep playing with peoples benefits or money. I was there for two hours and I seen this going on, even with myself. Not being nasty, just being truthful. Maybe the owners of the company need to research or maybe investigate this office themselves. Or maybe they have and know whats going on and dont care.

New to the area and found them through my insurance. Got a new patient exam, full mouth x-ray and cleaning. Check-in and wait time were fast and easy. Wes took my x-rays. He was very friendly and considerate of how uncomfortable x-rays can be. Equipment was standard and in good shape. They cleaned my night guard for me at no additional charge which was nice. Tara did my cleaning. She was very sweet and very gentle. Their treatment planner explained everything and presented detailed prices to me for a crown. They offered to squeeze me in their schedule to have it done that day. Dr. G was super sweet, very gentle and friendly. I searched through a lot of dentists before deciding on her. I chose her because of her extensive experience and Masters degree in Periodontics. Overall, they get a good score. The practice couldve been cleaner, but having worked in dentistry for 5+ years I understand that the floor needing to be swept is different from the quality dentistry youre actually getting. Theyre also working with smaller rooms so their equipment looks more cluttered. They still get five stars for great service. They also offer 12 months interest-free financing for work, which is kind of rare as most practices only offer 6 months. Ill happily go back and suggest them to friends. :)

I went to this location because I moved. I originally went to the new Tampa location and loved it. My first visit, Im told I had 3 cavities. Im 29 and has always been told my teeth were beautiful, and Ive never had a cavity my entire life. I went with what the dentist told me, researched the process and had them filled. I had to schedule another appointment to have my teeth cleaned, which wasnt told to me over tue phone when originally calling. Needless to say, when I came back the following week, I was still having a pain that prevented me from eating or drinking on the left side of my mouth. I mentioned this to the lady in the front and was told the dentist may have to fix it. I mentioned it again to the hygienist and she reviewed my X-rays to try to see what was going on, but long behold.....she couldnt see any of the 3 cavities on my X-rays. She went to talk to the dentist so my problem could be fixed and her response to me was, "you signed a paper stating all the possible problems." My issue is, the front staff, the hygienist, and my research all said that it could be asimole fix, but the dentist refused to come from the back to see me. Here it is a couple of months later, and my fillings have/are falling out.
