My experience here was horrible. The staff was very disorganized and had treated my son and I as if we were just Dollar signs to them. My son had an appointment scheduled to remove some teeth and I specifically advised the nurse he needs to be put to sleep for the surgery to happen, her response was yes we will do that. The day cane for his surgery and they werent even ready and when he went into the room they gave him the laughing gas and then he became fussy because they didnt tell me to give him volume before his appointment that morning only to give him volume the night before which I did. Then I went to the rest room and when I came out the Peditrician dentist was writing a referral for my son to see another dentist who can put him to sleep. Her response was he was too fussy. Like duh I told you from the beginning what needed to happen. The staff is unprofessional and needs training. I reported them to my insurance because they didnt handle the situation correctly nor did they handle themselves professionally. The nurse that said to me, they will put him to sleep, tried getting disrespectful with me and I had to put her in her place. I will never recommend anyone to this dental office ever. And when I called to request my sons dental records they were rude and didnt even call me to let me know it was ready for pick up. Horrible place for dental service. My sister and I also had a bad experience here. We were fine before getting some fillings done and walked out with out teeth feeling more sensitive than it felt before. I cant even chew on the right side of my mouth because how sensitive it is. And I even contacted a lawyer about suing them and was advised to get a second opinion to determine if it was malpractice or not. I cant believe my son and I and my sister were treated this way. So sad there are business that run their business in such an unprofessional manner.

My experience with this facility wasnt so great, thus I wouldnt recommend this office to you. I had the first appointment in the morning, and wasnt seen until 30-minutes later. If youre not working and have the time, this won’t be a problem for you. Once they were ready for me, the unprofessional dentist tech comes to get me and she has a name tattooed on her neck. The final straw was the up-sale; they wanted to charge me for a cancer screening ($35), and they wanted to do extra X-Rays, that no insurance will cover. I asked the tech, who was not really that knowledgeable - what was the purpose of the "panoramic" X-Ray, her answer was “to see if you have wisdom teeth coming in, or if you have a cyst”. Im 31, my wisdom teeth have been in place for over 15-years....and cyst, come on! When I go to my yearly check-up at my doctor’s office, they dont ask to give me an MRI on every body part to insure Im ok. So why does this office pretend it needs to, in their words, “our dentist is VERY THOROUGH. I walked out, and am going to find another office!

I had a molar that was cracked and infected. Let me say "terrified" doesnt begin to describe how I feel about the dentist. I have put off getting this tooth looked at much less pulled for almost 9mos. The infection was severe and the pain was more than I could take. So I made an "emergency" appointment at Coast. I have to say, it was the absolute BEST experience I have ever had at any dentist. Dr. Pratt was patient with me, explained everything, and was so calm and gentle. Panic attacks and vomiting are par for the course at the dentist for me, but I had nothing. No fear, NO PAIN and my recovery (30hrs) has been so easy so far. The front desk staff and his dental assistant were also awesome. VERY friendly, very knowledgeable, and very kind. I was upfront about my fears when I made the appointment and they all remembered and were so sympathetic. I will be back for a full exam and cleaning in 1 month and will make going to the dentist (At Coast Dental) a regular occurrence. I highly recommend the Riverview office and Dr. Pratt!

I would say that the customer service at Coast Dental concerning my visit for two crowns that I needed, was the best I have ever had in a dentists office in 30 years. Both the tech and Doctor Jeffrey May, were wonderful and worked very quickly on my teeth. They were both very thorough and very professional. I didnt think I could handle two crowns in one appointment, but Im so glad that I listened to them and did it all in one sitting to get it all over with all at the same time. Now I dont have to miss time from work for three more appointments (only one). Im so glad I switched from Great Expressions to Coast Dental. They are also going to be able to help my husband in January 2012 with his dental needs. I have not been able to get any other dentist to help my husband properly due to his neurological condition. I believe they really care about their patients! Im an experienced dental patient, so please take my word that they are worthy of your business!

The Ortho pricing isnt bad and the staff are friendly but their scheduling changed mid treatment which wouldnt work with my schedule so I had to change offices and come to this location which was out of my way. My biggest complaint is the overbooking. Ive waited hours to get seen, my appointment was at 9 AM and I didnt get seen until 12 PM. Also, I attempted to use their dental services but they tried to charge me for procedures that arent covered by my insurance. They also kept saying "Ill take that payment now" for each procedure, e.g. exray that arent covered and a cleaning that wasnt covered. Theres no way I could recommend anyone to use their services. I left without agreeing to their prices and found a new dentist that used billing codes that didnt cost me a cent.

I brought my child to this office in January for an ortho consultation only. My first issue is that the office over books appointments so we had to wait a very long time to be seen. My second and biggest issue is that they have you fill out financial paperwork which they then immediately process to run your credit. Since my appointment I have received several credit cards in the mail. While I definitely should have paid more attention to what I was signing, I was there for a consult only. I had not hired them to perform any work on my child. My mind was made up after leaving the office that I would not use them for my childs dental needs, but after experiencing this I felt a review was in order to warn others of their practices.

One of those type of people who is scare to go and see a doctor ever since I was small kid but the customer service was very good from all the staff from the time I came in to the time I left the doctor was very up beat the front desk girls was awesome n the Dental Assistant was on point bout getting me to my room have the materials set n ready for the doctor to do his thing just from this experience I will be coming back for my regular visits and im bring my kids here for there cleaning and check up thank you guys for the fantastic experience
