I am having to go through all that goes along with full mouth extractions. Dustin was working the front desk, when I first went to the office. He was great. Kevin helped me get the loan I needed to have work done. He was wonderful. Both were very professional and have great people skills. I had knocked my upper front teeth loose, slamming my head into a steel bar. I arrived to have an impression done, for temporary dentures, The tech, who took me back, scared the poo out of me. The scare was that my very front loose tooth might come out during impression. No resolve for it was mentioned, so I ran. Dustin came out, behind me, to my vehicle. Dustin handled me extremely well. Because of Dustin, I went back inside and allowed this process. As I was back inside, the tech told me there was a resolve, if the tooth came out. Should have said that right away but did not and so, you see where that went. Anyhow, all got done and all was ok, no tooth came out. I had to have 24 teeth extracted. The uppers had to come out, due to being knocked loose, but also, I had badly progressed periodontal disease, most likely do to smoking, since 1972, so the lowers had to come out too. Dr. Ali is a fantastic dentist! He took care to make sure I was not in pain, during the extraction process. He gave detailed instructions as to what I was to do, when I got home. He took care to take care of everything and making sure I knew what I needed to know. He is very professional and a wonderful people person. He has always answered any questions I have. My teeth were extracted on July 6, 2016. As I have gone for aftercare, Dustin has become office manager and rightfully so. He deserves it! I havent gotten to know those who are working the front desk now, but they have been wonderful. During this aftercare process, at first, I was very embarrassed for even the dentist to see me without teeth. Dr. Ali was so caring and precious. He told me nobody is there to judge me and not to feel embarrassed. He told me I didnt need to feel the need to hide. I am mentioning this to show how caring he is for his patents. James is my dental tech of choice. James is a great people person. He also has taken care to help me feel comfortable. He takes great pride in his work. He has done a fantastic job with my relines and any adjustments I have needed. And today, I went to the back, took out my teeth, talked openly to others and felt comfortable about it. I know it looks yuk but I dont care about that so much any more. I am fine. Today, James has adjusted my temporary dentures so well, I am ecstatically happy and ever so grateful! This is wonderful! He cut off the bottom back molars on each side, as the bottom dentures were too long. He cut across the back of the top, as the dentures were gagging me and too long. I cannot believe the difference this has made! I am ready to prepare for my permanent dentures, as far as my gums are ready, but I personally am not ready. I have read that the fastest majority of shrinking to the gums, takes place during the first year. I have chosen to wait until a year to begin this process. I want to give every opportunity to make the process a good one. I have stressed on great people person skills, because with such an ordeal, this surely takes people who know how to deal with people. This takes gentle handling skills. This is a very delicate ordeal for anyone. I am very appreciative to Dustin, Kevin, Dr. Ali and James! If you do have any issues, that you are not happy or comfortable with , Dustin will listen and he will find a solution. He listens, he cares and he acts according to what it is you need. I highly recommend New Zephyrhills Dental for your dental needs.

I was real skeptical and unsure. This was my 4th dental office since we moved here 2 years ago. One was overpriced and a teeth puller, the second worked with a bad lab for dentures who said no repair possible but was honorable and refunded my money and the third was a great dentist, well mannered, professional and knowledgeable but worked with a terrible lab (not a bad one but a terrible one). Understandably I was nervous and cautious about Zephyrhills Dental. However, when I called, Dustin answered the call and my questions and invited me in for a "free" consultation, that day. WOW!. His demeanor on the phone was the primary reason I agreed to come in. Most dont realize but that first call is your first impression and Dustin passed with flying colors. Dr. Ali and his staff are all very pleasant with great "bedside" manners. Dr. Ali is attentive and takes the time to explain things to you making you feel at ease. Again, I wondered about the lab they use and they assured me that it does quality work and that I would be satisfied Round 1. Denture repair brought in the morning and Dr. Ali began fitting for new denture. I could see he was truly paying attention to make sure it would be right Round 2. . Returned the next day at noon. BEST REPAIR EVER! Looks and feels like new. Even fits better. Met a different staff member, also professional. Round 3. Tomorrow. I feel totally at ease and comfortable. Confident in their treatment and work. Also, pricing very reasonable and FAIR. Unless something changes that I do not anticipate, I look forward to "my new dentist" visits and dental work. I have tried the "chains"...stay away! I have tried independants who were either way overpriced money not treatment oriented and those who mean well but cant produce. Zephyrhills Dental, I highly recommend.

This morning I visited Zephyrhills Dental for a cleaning. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Chris and Dustin at the front desk. They both were exceptionally friendly and hospitable. I waited just a few minutes in the lobby after filling out some forms before getting x rays. James performed my x rays and he was fabulous. He offered me water and made me feel extremely comfortable. I was impressed by his professionalism and warmth. Post X rays I was examined by Dr. Ali, he was so kind and I felt like a valued patient. He took his time and was gentle with his instruments. I feel like most Dental establishments are rip off artists and with Dr. Alis treatment plan I am assured all the Dental work is necessary and not just for financial gain. Thats incredible, trust is everything in the medical field. Post exam I met with the office manager, Dustin. He was so charming and warm. Our family cannot afford the treatment plan up front and Dustin was excellent at helping me select an appropriate financing option so I can get my treatments started immediately. Dustin was so patient in answering all of my questions about how things go. He assured me I was in good hands with the practice. I was overall impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, the customer service and level of professionalism. I will be returning again!

Great Place! Caring, compassionate staff! Moved into Wesley Chapel area a few months ago and needed to find a new dentist. Not in a huge hurry to do that. Then I lost a filling. Over the weekend, of course, I developed an infection which was very painful. I found Zephyrhills Dental through Google search and liked what I saw in the reviews so I went to their website. Sent a contact request mid-afternoon on a Sunday asking for an appointment on Tuesday. Within an hour or so I had a response! Got the appointment at the time that worked for me early Tuesday morning. They did x-rays and reviewed options with me. Treatment plan is in place. Everyone involved from reception to technicians, dentist and billing was friendly and did a great job. I especially want to comment on Irene. She cleaned my teeth. Probably the best and most gently done cleaning I can remember having. Knows what she is doing and does it with care and compassion. I am thrilled to have found a new dental practice here that is one of the best!
