I came to this office because they were an in network provider with my insurance. I called in to set up the appointment for earlier in the day on a Thursday (later to find that this is the worst day to have any general dentistry done because its the only day that the orthodontists are in) I arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment went to the window signed in as stated on the window and clipboard I saw that there was only one patient to be seen before me, and sat down. I waited for almost two hours before I got tired of seeing about ten people be seen before myself, I went back to the window had to wait another ten mins behind someone as they were talking in the window. I finally got to the assistant sitting at the window she asked me if she could help me I told her I had been waiting two hours to be seen she asked, "whats your name" I told her and she looked over the clipboard my name was indeed on the list quite a few people up but in fact had already been crossed off as seen. I was pretty angry but thats not even the kicker I spent close to four hours in the office three of entirely waiting to be seen. I was given estimates on totals for everything I needed done totaling after insurance 3,000 dollars. I told them I didnt have that kind of money and just settled on a full mouth debribment and an unnecessary oral cancer screening that my insurance would not cover at all. Paid for all of the fees upfront because they do not bill and left. Heres where it gets really funny, three months later I get a notice in the mail that I owe 70.40 for things my insurance wouldnt cover by the way they did not include what wasnt covered just the total. Naturally I call my insurance and they are not sure where the balance is coming from so I called the office to find out they told me that my claim for the full mouth debribment was not entirely covered and for irrigation. I know for sure that the debribment was covered because I looked over my coverage beforehand. I questioned her as to why was I not charged at time of service she apologized stating that a temp that they had there must have messed it up but in fact that I am responsible for the balance. I called my insurance back the next day where I was informed that not only did I overpay but it is against state regulation to balance bill me for the inclusive procedure. I am filing a formal complain and not paying another dime to this company.

Absolutely hated it. It was a disaster from the beginning. They have horrible communication in that office, no team work, they give each other dirty looks, they are rude w/the customers. Mati (Motty) how ever you spell her name, was a horrific, nasty, unbelievably rude and unprofessional person. My newest addition on my bucket list is to meet her in a dark alley after a few drinks. She has no business dealing with people. They were very unhelpful regarding my crappy insurance, they dont listen to you, they are argumentative when they screw up and you have the nerve to get upset, I had to consult between the surgeon and ortho and the office didnt communicate with each other (same office). I was told to stand at the desk by one staff and then quite rudely kicked out of the office by Mati. Ive never hated someone so much in my life. Ive worked in the medical industry for 20 years and wouldnt dream of treating someone in such a manner. Why didnt I choose another dentist you ask? By now I had already jumped through more hoops than a circus poodle, my daughter started school the following week (the procedure was put off several weeks due to the office screw ups), so I HAD to see it through so that she had some recovery time after having eight teeth extracted, a cyst removal and a bone graft.. (Six days, thanks!!) Lets not even talk about the office manager who only does insurance authorizations once a week. So.. if the office screwed up repeatedly, time was running out and it wasnt your turn for her to try to get you verified, tough crap. She was nasty too, god forbid you ask that fat cow to do something. I hope shes w/Mati in that dark alley. The ONLY saving grace was that Dr. Admunsen and Dr. Ruso were VERY nice, very competent and very professional. My daughter recovered beautifully from the surgery and Im grateful for Dr. Admunsens expertise. If they ditched half of that office staff, theyd be way better off. Not all the staff was rude, some needed help but the two that need a serious whoopin are Mati and the office manager. I dont mean to sound like I have an attitude, but I guess I do regarding this place. It brings out very bad feelings in me after this experience. I have never been treated like such a second class citizen before in my life. Just beware walking into this place.. they cant find their way out of a paper bag.

I am a pregnant woman (using sons account to review) who was in distress yesterday with pain from a cracked tooth. I already called 1 Coast Dental in Plant City and was taken back by a rude and abrupt lady not even wanting to help me. I then called their other office in Plant City and was helped wonderfully by a lovely lady called Jennifer who bent over backwards to help me get an appointment that day. When I got to the surgery the receptionist was friendly and helpful, my dental nurse Carol was kind and funny, and the dentist Dr Bishara was sweet and knowledgeable. Everyone was willing to help me, talk to me and show their kindness to help me out of my pain. Once a course of treatment was discussed to help me out of my discomfort, the ladies from the office help me through different ways in which I can pay (treatment is pricy, but worth it!) and all I needed to do is decide my best solution to benefit me and my family. I am now scheduled in to start all my treatment, and am looking forward to seeing the team again (even though Im petrified of needles in my mouth) and hope that they care for me in the same way. This is a wonderful practice, with an amazingly efficient team of people who work tremendously together. If anyone has had a similar experience with the other Coast Dental, I would highly recommend calling this office as they will actually try to help you!!

This has by far been the best dentist office I have ever been to. I always dread going to the dentist. I have recently been to Coast Dental three times in the last 2 months for some dental procedures that I needed done. All three visits have been quick, easy, and a very positive experience. From the moment I walked into the office, Ms. Carol got my mind completely off the dreadful dentist thoughts I had been thinking of all day. She quickly became someone who knew all about me and truly cared about me. Her sense of humor, smile, and laughter took all my negative thoughts away. She is the person that I look forward to talking to every visit! Also, the work that Dr. Kansal does is extremely over the top. She constantly made sure that I was okay and feeling no discomfort while the procedures were taking place. She explains everything before she does it and very honest and trustworthy. Any questions or concerns I had, she answered them all very clearly. This office staff is the best around. Im so glad that I found Coast Dental of Plant City.
