I can tell you that I have been to this office in the past and noticed that the staff was unpleasant in an already unpleasant situation. But that was last year. I went back this year, once was last week and the other was today. I was pleasantly surprised that the staff was very friendly and professional at each visit and my wait time wasnt nearly as bad as last year. All I can say is everyone makes mistakes and there is always room for improvement. Seems to me that this office realizes this and has taken the steps to insure that their patients visits are a lot better. By the way I had a tooth pulled today and not much in the mood to do anything but because I noticed such a drastic change I felt it was important to make my community aware and to give them a chance. To the Dentist office staff, if you are reading this I just want to say thank you for improving in everyway possible. Keep up the good work!!

horrible service ,had appointment and they were very unprofessional and rude. Then say that we have to go to someone else for the procedures. Told us we would get a call and never got one. After a month called them back and they told us we were not covered under the insurance. No call from them and at the first initial visit said that we were covered. The person answering the phones is disrespectful and unprofessional and couldnt answer my questions. Avoid at all costs because they are a waste of time and cant even pull a tooth at their location!

Absolutely horrible. Obnoxiously rude staff, dirty atmosphere and my dad left in complete pain, worse than before we arrived. The ladies at the front desk offer no assistance or sign of intelligence whatsoever. They clearly could stand a manners course. I would never direct anyone to this place and I continue to tell people of the horrible service.

Dr Brown is not a friendly woman. I waited in the waiting room and several people who came in after me were taken before me. The front desk lady was completely rude. I felt like I was talking to someone who was giving me my food at McDonalds. Not friendly and even insulted me. I walked out and did not regret it. Now I have a great dentist:)

The worst experience ever. My kids left in more pain than they had before their visit. The staff is rude and unwilling to help. I wanted to transfer my kids to another dentist and they wouldnt give me the needed script to do the transfer. The office lady said, "No you can come here!" horrible, not gentle at all!!!

Sitting here in the waiting room trying to figure out if I want to give the nasty rude lady behind the desk a piece of my mind or just give her the finger. Shes beyond rude. And they dont let you go back with your children. I will never be back to this place again

always over books, very rude receptionist and doctor would not recommend for any one horrible service and complete worst experience at a dentist office will never return!!!
