Im never one to complain but after todays appointment I felt the need to. My appointment was suppose to be at 11am to get a crown put on. I got there at 10:45 and I didnt get called back to a room until 11:45. The dental assistant came in and took off my temp. Crown and then I sat there for another hour for the dentist to finally come in, she fit the permanent crown and then left again while I sat their for another 15 mins until I said something to the dental assistant and then the dentist finally came in to cement my crown on. It took 2 hours for them to do a procedure that took them 10 minutes. This is not the first time at this office I had to wait a long time but I figured after the third appointment of having a long wait time , I would write a review. The staff never even apologized for the wait. I highly suggest going to a different dentist !!

Too much gossip going on in office and throughout into patient areas. Very tense and ugly atmosphere. Dentist stops working on you to continue gossiping with other employees. Ive been there longer than needed to be bc of all this. I will never go back there. They dont seem to realize how it affects others with their petty office politics or whatever it may be, but patients dont need to hear their gripes. Its so unprofessional. And one assistant even scraped the shiny finish off my front teeth bc she thought it was dried cement left on there from a crown. Now my front teeth are no longer as shiny.

I like the dentists, staff and location, only one small "needs improvement" area: billing could stand to be a little more "clear" to the customer. Other than that, Ive been visiting their Zephyrhillss office since we moved from Miami tons of years ago, and cant say enough about how nicely both my wife and I have been treated through the years. Keep up the good work!
