Last week we had a middle of the day appointment. My daughter had been sick. They called us back on time, but kept us in the waiting room for over an hour with no explanation and no one popping in to say that they were running late. Today we had a well child for my son. They called me Friday to see if we could come in early. I said yes and still arrived fifteen minutes early. The time of the appointment came and went and I finally asked. There were FOUR people in the waiting room in front of us and THREE people in the back waiting to be seen. They told me that it would be OVER AN HOUR. We wouldnt see the doctor until after five. They informed me that everyone wanted an afternoon appointment (not my problem...I had an appointment and was early) and that I should be glad that I took the early appointment because if I had stuck with the original appointment time, I would be waiting even longer. They had even called me today to confirm that I was coming and made no mention of running over an hour behind. They could have told me that they were running late before I went to the appointment. My time is important too. I like Dr. Ong, but Im finding a new pediatrician. I can understand waiting sometimes. I can even understand waiting regularly for thirty minutes. But waiting for twenty minutes to find out that wed have to wait at least another hour?! There is also no separate room for sick kids. If youre taking your kid for a well-child, he/she will be at risk.

Dr. Ong is wonderful!! She is thorough, patient and very well informed on all new processes and Pediatric practices. Ive been taking our 8 year old Son to her for 5 years and wont go anywhere else! I highly recommend her and I agree, no matter the circumstances, her doors and even phone are always open to Moms and Dads!! She has Saturday hours and her staff are all very nice and helpful.

Just relocated to Brandon, needed a pediatrician for my son. I called to make an appointment and the receptionist stated they had none available but there was one on a Monday. Told her I will call right back. I literally called back two minutes later and she said there was none available and kept ME on hold for more than 5 minutes. Thank you but I am no longer interested in their services.

I absolutely love this office , the staff and dr. Ong. They handle everything in a great timly manner, im never in there long. My girls 22 months and 4 absolutely love everyone here. We travel from Riverview to this office becauseits so worth it. I get the rwferals i need with no issues. Dr ong listens so well to everything and tajes her time with us every single time.. love this place

Dr. Ong has been my sons pediatrician from 7mn til now that hes 2. We always feel welcomed and the Dr listens with no interruptions,is very thorough. This is maybe what takes visits a bit but I will wait if my son is receiving quality care instead of a 2sec speed dash. Nurses interact with my son by name and are friendly. Moral of the story be patient

I absolutely love this office, from the doctor to the staff! Dr. Ong even her phone on a holiday, which is unheard of these days! I have never had anything but amazing service and treatment from the people there and my daughters will be patients of Dr. Ong forever if I have it my way! Thank you guys for everything!

Everyone is so kind! We love coming here, and they answer emergency calls ASAP. My son had an allergic reaction to a shot, I was in next day no problem and the whole staff was so wonderful. This is my 5th pediatrican in Brandon and the only one we absolutely love. Coming from a very picky mom~

Dr Ong takes care of my grandsons. She is very caring. The wait can be long but she is very busy...there are a lot of children in the area and she accepts the insurance we have....probably the same as many others.

The doctor doesnt seem to understand half of what Im saying. The wall in the exam room was literally covered in snot and boogers. Im switching doctors immediately and wont be back.
