Dr. Head and his staff are absolutely AMAZING!! My son has a fear of dentists but Dr.Head and his staff always provide my son with the best care. My sons first visit was to another dentist here in Greenville and caused him to have this anxiety of dentists. Dr. Head has managed to decrease these fears over the years. Today my son had an appointment with Dr. Head for a cleaning. During the cleaning we found out that he had 9 baby teeth that needed to come out. Dr. Head seen the look of desperation on my sons face as he began to cry. Dr. Head stopped what he was doing and came and spoke with my son, and so did his staff. We did have to give him medication to calm him down (My insurance did not cover this, and Dr. Head actually provided it for us!!! How many dentists would do that??) but in the end my son was laughing and having a good time, and this is thanks to Dr. Head!! On the way home my son was so happy that he had all of his baby teeth gone and that it wasnt that bad to have done that he wants to bring presents to the staff and Dr. Head on his next visit. Needless to say, I am one HAPPY mommy!! I would recommend Dr. Head and his staff to any parent in the Greenville area. We actually drive 45 minutes to go to his office and have for 9 years and will continue to do so. This is not his first time having to be sedated or medicated and each time it gets easier. Dr. Head and his staff know how to work with emotional children. My son who is now 11 had every employee catering to him by the time we left.

The website advertises Dr. Head working on Special Needs kids. My grandson has Tourettes Sydrome and Sensory Issues all of which cause anxiety issues. He was tramatized by this dentist who needs some sensitivity training himself. When taken back 3 weeks later with what appeared to be an abcess, he xrayed and said it needed to be drained. My grandson was scared and did not want him to drain the abcess. He told this 10 year old Special Needs child that he would need to go to the emergency room and have it drained or the infection would go to his brain and he would die. The tooth that was supposedly abcessed was a tooth he was suppose to pull the 3 weeks previous. He did not pull it but my daugher was charged for it. When she brought it to their attention it was removed from her bill. Turns out a very small pocket of infection that did not need to be drained is what a CAT scan showed. He had a sinus infection and the facial swelling was coming from cellulitis. Both the ER doctor and the ENT that saw my grandson the next day said he should not have been put through the ER experience and all the trauma he and the family endured. This dentist is rude to adults and hateful and mean to children.

Dr. Glenn Head and his staff are top notch - attentive, sensitive, and kind and compassionate to all of their children. Their waiting room always has up to date movies, books, and toys while you wait and each of their staff give you and your children the appropriate attention to ensure that you are aware that they will get to you and that you will receive excellent service and care in your childrens dental work. The rooms are brightly lit with kid-friendly murals and the equipment is the latest technology and is always sanitized and professionally executed to ensure the children are comfortable and understand what to expect from the procedure. Weve been seeing Dr. Head for 8 years and have received nothing but impeccable service and care. In addition, Dr. Head is not only professional, but a kind, generous humanitarian who is prominantly known in the city of Greenville and the professional dentistry community. Love you Dr. Head - from the Meleski boys!

Excellent dental practice. My child has been a patient for 10 years. The knowledge demonstrated by Dr. Head and hygienists is impressive and far above that experienced at other practices. If you ever have a dental emergency, they will be there for you as I have seen several times. During our last visit, we mentioned an upcoming (nondental) surgery. Dr. Head and the hygienist gave us more information on preventing surgical infection than the actual surgeon did. I am truly thankful for this practice. Dr. Head truly cares for children and their well-being. Not only does he care for his patients, he also cares for the children in the community. Dr. Head is a cancer advocate giving his time to raise money to help pediatric cancer patients through Clements Kindness. This is only one of the many ways he serves children in his community.

Dr. Head was extremely efficient. I was impressed with his attention to detail and work ethic. Most importantly we were able to go back with our toddler son during every step of his consultation and procedure!! No other dentistry practice in the area allows that "Open bay policy" with parents! Dr. Head and all of the staff were caring, nurturing, informative, and absolutely spectacular! My spouse and I were thoroughly impressed with every aspect of our sons care from check in, nursing staff, hygienists, Dr. Georgia, and Dr. Head. Even our billing information was concise, leaving no questions unanswered. The staff even called to follow up on our son the afternoon of his procedure. If you are looking for the best dentist in Greenville ......look no further.

Fantastic staff and thoroughly professional doctor. Mr. Head is focused and absolutely caring about the little patients. My daughter was at super comfort level with everyone in this office. This is a complete contrast with the previous pediatric dentistry (Ashby Park Pediatric), who are messed up with their billing staff and doctors are only doing "business". Dr. Head was shocked to know about previous dentistry charging us for sedation even when the procedure couldnt be done due to ineffective medicine...not only that, he went ahead and waived off this charge for the procedure since we had already paid it to other dentist...not sure if anyone else does such a kind thing. Super impressed and kudos for all the staff here.

So very thankful for Dr. Glenn Head and his wonderful team at Eastside Pediatric Dentistry! Theyre all simply amazing! I couldnt have asked for better care for my sweet angel Grae! Please take your babies to him they truly are THE BEST! I am so thankful after several years of misinformation about the condition of those bottom teeth that Dr Glen knew what type of genetic disorder was causing it and was so kind to inform me about it and that she has NO CAVITIES anywhere else in her mouth! Thankfully those teeth are removed now but we have quite a future adventure ahead of us when G gets into her teen years for adult teeth! Thank you everyone for your thoughts and prayers! She did excellent!

Transfered all 3 of my children here from Dr. Munceys office in Greer. Dr. Heads professional demenor and amazing staff make coming here worth the hour drive from my house. He treats each child like family and his staff does as well and they actually listen to them not brush them off. Weve came here for 2 separate second opinions for 2 of my 3 children and 2 sets of fillings for one of my children and I cant stop singing his praises. I think this has to be the best pediatrics Dentistry in the upstate!!! Thank you Dr. Head for taking fear out of visits and replacing it with joy, happiness and them looking forward to thier next visit!!!
