I have a lot of consistent problems with my teeth - I have since I was a child - and I began going to Dr. Medcalf probably fifteen years ago. I also have some dental anxiety, and Dr. Medcalf was always so gentle and calm with me, and I trust him with my teeth completely. When Dr. Swinderman came on board, I was nervous because the one time I saw another dentist aside from Dr. Medcalf (when I was living in another state) was a terrible experience for me. But Dr. Swinderman is amazing!! I completely trust him with all my dental work. Additionally, the rest of the staff at Mirror Lake is always so friendly and kind. Kat and the rest of the hygienists are awesome. I cant recommend this practice enough, and I will not be going anywhere else as long as they are here in Greenville!

Every good thing comes with a smile and Dr. Swinderman certainly brought us a smile. He had taken over Dr medcalfs office which we had been going to for over 20yrs , so natuarally we were apprehensive about about a new dentist. My husband broke his front tooth on a Friday. Dr. Swinderman took him right in and prepared for the temporary which would be ready over the weekend. Dr. Swinderman went beyond the call of duty by making the temporary at his office, personally delivering it to our home on Saturday and then making sure it fit properly. We were taken back by his going beyond the call of duty for us. The final tooth looks great and the service was off the charts. Such kind, professional, and wonderful staff too!!!!

I never experience the anxiety that a lot of people deal with regarding visits to the dentist. I didnt realize why until I was living in another part of the country for a while and needed to see a dentist. Suddenly, I immediately began to feel concerned: what if they werent as good as the dentists and technicians that I was used to back in Greenville? At any rate, that time abroad made me appreciate how comfortable the staff and professionals at Mirror Lake make me feel and how confident I am in their proficiency and understanding. In short, someone at some point is going to need to poke around in your mouth. I recommend these people.

Having been a patient of Dr. Medcalf over 30 years raised some concern when hearing of his retirement. Our family decided to "check out" the new dentist before making any changes in our care. So grateful we did, Dr. Swinderman is an exceptionally good dentist, and the staff remains the best in patient care. Dr. Swinderman filled shoes I wasnt sure could be filled, so we were delighted to learn his skills, personality, professionalism and patient care are outstanding. I highly recommend Mirror Lake Dentistry as your family dental practice.

I have been told that I am one of many who have been going to Dr. Medcalf for over 30 years. So sad to hear that Dr. Medcalf was leaving and I told Dr. Swinderman that he had very BIG shoes to fill. Well he has done a Great Job !! Dr. Medcalf would never leave his patients to just any dentist (Great choice Dr. Medcalf) I have never had to wait for my appointment and have always been brought right in if an emergency. The staff is wonderful !! If anyone is looking for a dentist Mirrow Lake is the place to go !!

I cant put into words how great Mirror Lake Family Dentistry is! Everyone in the office is incredibly kind and have always gone the extra mile to make sure their patients are taken care of. I recently had a minor dental emergency, and Dr. Swinderman was kind enough to come in when the office was closed so I wouldnt have to wait until Monday morning to make an appointment. Id recommend Mirror Lake to anyone in search of a dentist.

Best dentist experience! They know you by name from the moment you walk in the door and everyone is super friendly. They do a great job cleaning you teach and dont try and upsell you on every possible thing they could. I got to the office about 30 minutes early last week and they had my whole appointment done before it was even suppose to have started! I couldnt recommend them any more highly!

Mirror Lake Dentistry staff members put you at ease, are very professional and provide high quality, thorough care. They are quick to recognize dental problems and identify affordable solutions. Appointments are "on time" so there is never a long wait once you arrive. If for some reason you need to change an appointment they go out of their way to get you rescheduled as quickly as possible.

My visit was to repair a cracked crown. As usual, I only had to wait a couple of minutes before being called back. Everyone there greeted me pleasantly. They inspected the crown and determined the repair method, which was completed quickly and painlessly. Then I was done and headed back to work. Always a pleasant experience at Mirror Lake!
