I am from Boston and have really been to the best doctor in the world and I will not come back to this office. If you have never had better than this office is for you. The front desk staff are wonderful the office is clean. There was a wonderful lady from New Jersey that help us out and was very thorough about our Medical history and background. The nurse was the only Bad Apple. The only two problems​ I had was I have 4 kids and the nurse was so rude ! She asked me if I brought anybody with me I said yes my fourteen-year-old son but he is getting a cleaning right now and she said well I do not hold babies and this is not a daycare . I was there for my 10 Mo old to get a cleaning for him and Diane was her name and she was the person that was going to be doing then cleaning on my 10 month old but dont want to hold him so I could put my developmentally delayed two year old daughter and her stroller so I could hold the 10 month old so he could get a cleaning. In Boston the medical field is all about customer service they treat the whole patient and family with Integrity in Florida you will not find that.but if you dont know any better they are for you. As for the dentist I feel his practices are a bit outdated which is why I will continue to fly my children to Boston Childrens Hospital because they are not Boston standard they are Florida standard which is not Harvard standard . If you are paying for medical care you should be treated with the most respect and you should also be getting the top medical practices. Well I guess its called southern hospitality and thats just how they do things in the medical field here in Florida. I just wanted to educate people on that there really is wonderful medical care in other states that Florida is just so so behind and it is heartbreaking that this is what some people find wonderful medical care because they have never seen anything better . Like I say a diamond is a diamond and a cubic zirconia may look like a diamond but definitely is not a diamond which is how I feel about Florida Medical Care I come from a state that has that has highest​ standards of Medical Care it is a medical hob of the USA and we just dont stand for anything other than the top and the best.

My son had the most horrifying and traumatizing experience that you can think of. It was his first visit and the assistant was completely RUDE with him. She YELLED at him and shook him while she and the other nurse were holding him down (yes, he was SCREAMING) They both started saying things to him that instead of soothing him they were making him more mad. One of the assistant literally told him TO SHUT UP!!! I will make sure they get no REFERRALS from me or anyone I know, and I know a LOT of people. Its sad that just because they are consider "professionals" you should think they are doing things right, but they are not. I was willing to help her with my son but I didnt realize that it involved violence and yelling. It has been a very rough day for everyone including myself. Thought they would have more experience and patience with toddlers or first time visitors.Now I will have to go through a process in which I will have to make him understand that not all doctors are like this and try to turn this negative experience into a positive one. Wish me luck :(

This place is awesome!!! My kids are happy with how they are treated. Staff is always friendly and polite. I havent had to wait long for my kids to be seen. I recommend this place for all the children especially those that are afraid of the dentist. Este lugar es increible. Mis hijos siempre salen contentos con cada visita. El personal simpre es amable. Nunca e tenido que esperar mucho tiempo en cada visita. Les recomiendo este lugar para sus hijos en especial a los que le tienen miedo al dentista.

Horrible, they have no idea how to handle younger children. I took my daughter there for her first dental visit and she was completely traumatized. They were in a hurry with her. They were holding her down screaming just to clean her teeth. I was treated like bad parent because my toddler had an overbite and I "must be giving her a pacifier still and lying" The office is out dated and the waiting room smells. I saw older kids herded like cows to the back without parents to "game waiting area" It was nothing but a wall of broken video games. I also heard a staff member yell at someone to "shut up" Not sure if it was a child screaming or a fellow coworker. No cavities and we never went back! Found another dentist a year later (hoping she had forgotten) she did just fine and not one tear was shed, in fact she loves her new dentist! Just to clarify we went to the one on Corner dr not the one in Tampa on their website that looks way nicer.

The WORST expirience ever. I took my son as a new patient, I thought it was a great place. The dentist found cavities and I paid to get it fix. They destroyed his tooth, so they had to remove it. I was mad at them because my son has to had surgery, he is 5. I made several calls to make the appointment for the surgery but nobody answered (because they knew my cell number), so his dad has to called to made the appt. Next day after the surgery I noticed that they leaved a piece of the tooth!!! . First she destroyed my sons tooth, then they had to pull out his tooth but they couldnt do it right still, I piece of his tooth was left behind. Obviously I am not taking him back here and because of my experience in this place I do not recommended at all. (My real rate is ZERO, but it only takes 1 as minimum)

My girls love Pediatric Dental Center and have been patients of Dr. Gonzalez for over 9 years. My daughters love the treatment they receive from the time they walk through the doors and on most visits they hate to leave. As a parent I appreciate that they make my girls feel like they are part of the family and even though my youngest child is mentally handicapped the patience and support she receives from the staff is one of many reasons why I keep taking my girls to Dr. Gonzalez and why I would recommend Pediatric Dental Center to other families especially those with children who have special needs.

The experience fro start to finish was amazing. Not to mention the kids gift for starting the Ortho program around Christmas was 2 brand new Ipad minis :) Dr. Torres was very informative and thorough throughout the process and dispelled any questions or concerns I had. The staff was always friendly and very accomodating when scheduling appointments or giving me info I needed for my insurance. I would HIGHLY recoomend Pediatric Dentistry for pediatric Ortho! The kids teeth came out amazing and they got them off right on schedule, no prolonged phases. All in all I would give our exper 5 STARS!

My son, Kevin, has been coming here forever - probably more than 5 years? Hes always so happy to come and is very comfortable with the dentist and staff. He loves the amenities that they have for kids. Weve been doing more than just dentistry - Dr. Torres is moving teeth with early orthodontic intervention, which will save us lots of money in the long run and keep Kevin out of serious headgear later. Theyve been so patient with Kevin, who is young (7-8 during this process) and isnt always as careful as an older child would be and tends to break little bits of it.THANK YOU SO MUCH.
