No Need To Know

Carolina Oaks changed their contract with my insurance carrier from where I paid nothing for two routine visits to whatever they wanted to charge. I was never notified until they sent me a bill. When I called them they denied they had changed anything. My insurance company explained it and when I called them back they admitted it. When I asked why I wasnt notified the office person kept talking over me repeating over and over "Im not going to discuss that with you." When I stopped talking she ended the conversation with "Let me know if you still want to be a patient here." Needless to say Im not. They have extremely obnoxious and unprofessional office personnel.

The staff in this office is very friendly. They take good care of me and get me back quickly every time I go in for an appointment. Dr. Workman is wonderful. He is such a great dentist who always takes the time to make sure that my teeth and me are taken good care of! I would recommend this office and dentist to everyone!
