2017-07-06 Just to Update My Review from 3 Years Ago. We have Continued to Use Dr Mitchell and Our Review is Still 5 Stars. It saddens me to read some of the recent Reviews that are Negative, I have found none of this to be True. We are called to be reminded of every Appointment and they will send you a Text Message and an Email on top of that if you request them to. That is Customer Service. Her Staff although it is not the same from 3 Years ago, they have always been Professional to us. Dr Mitchell is a truly Gifted Professional in the Field of Dentistry. This is one of the Fields that a Referral is even more important to me, because there are a lot of Bad Dentists out there that over Charge and even worse do poor work on top of that. So if anyone who is looking for a Dentist who holds High Standards for herself and her Staff, this is one to make an Appointment with. Just the fact that she has Military Experience speaks volumes about her Character. My Husband is a very Complex Dental Patient, and I know without a Doubt that if it were not for Dr Mitchell I dont know what would have happened. Her Work is Top of the Line, if she doesnt get it right the first time she will redo it at her expense, Find that quality in a Dentist today. This one is a True Gem to have Found. Thank You Dr Nicole Mitchell and may you have continued Success. 2014 From 3 Years Ago Dr Nicole Mitchell is a very experinced Dentist. Dont let her young looks make you think she doesnt have the knowledge that comes with years of work in her field of Dentistry. The case Im referring to is a very involved complex, complicated Dental case. She has managed to allow my husband to keep many of his teeth by using multiple Dental Services; such as Crowns, Bridges & Implants. She has accomplished all of this within a resonable budget. Many other Dentist would say " Its not worth Saving, Pull them all out and have Dentures for the remainder of your life, or suggest a mouth full of Implants which is way beyond my Budget. In fact this is what was recommended by a Dentist previously before we went to Dr Nicole Mitchell. What a blessing to find such a caring and Trustworthy person in the Dental Profession. Her Staff is also top notch. They do everything they can to make you feel at ease. Thank you so much from both of us.

Once you get in the back, the dental assistant (Ive only worked with one) is awesome and pretty much the only reason I continued to put up with every appointment being cancelled, and rude front office staff. 6 cleanings Ive gone too, 4 of which had to be rescheduled because they cancelled it. This wasnt due to inability to confirm either. They were cancelled each time within two months of being made. 4 months or more before the actual appointment. I made each appointment in person and got the little cards stating it as well. When you bring this to their attention they come up with every excuse in the book to try and invalidate the issue to make it in fact your fault. Its shocking and Im pretty much over it. UPDATE: You can read the response below to confirm what I have written above. I stated the appointment was cancelled BY THE STAFF without my knowing. There were no confirmations that I didnt respond too, there were no rescheduling attempts that I tried until AFTER THE STAFF had cancelled the appointment. While I do agree that these practices are certainly NOT the way to run a business and unfortunately it looks like they are moving further and further downhill.

We didnt go back. All I have to say is know your insurance when you go. They were trying to get us to pay 10%more than my insurance said we owed (at time of service) . When I questioned them, they said it was office policy. It should not be office policy to over charge. If insurance doesnt guarantee payment of 60 %, then guess what, they dont guarantee payment for 50% either. Its the patients responsibility to pay what their insurance says is due at time services are rendered and they are held accountable for remaining balance once insurance pays, as that is what the office offers, an estimate of what you owe. Meaning you may owe more once insurance pays. However, we found an amazing office, who in fact honored my 60% for major services and it was a wonderful exlerience:) KNOW YOUR INSURANCE!

Did not get a chance to experience Dr. Nicole qualifications as a dentist. After arriving to the appointment as a new patient after almost 1/2 year waiting for the spot, found that my appointment was cancelled. New patients beware. I see that the owner left a response stating that the office contacted me on 3 separate occasion over email and phone. This is not true. They did not have my email address prior to the visit; and on the day of the visit the receptionist stated that she has left a message on my cell phone the day before, so at most it is 1 attempt to contact. I did not see the message, might be either a phone glitch or failure to contact period. Regardless the response of the business about multiple contacts is insincere.

Dr. Mitchell and Dr Bowles true dental professionals. Incredible range of services from complex implants to a routine cavity, they do it all, with professionalism and patient care in the formula. I am simply amazed at their depth of dental services and commitment to their patients, all done on premises. New Tampa is LUCKY to have Dr. Mitchell and Dr Bowles.. Its worth the wait, to get in to see these Pros...your teeth and smile will thank you.

As someone who is TERRIFIED of the dentist, meeting Dr. Mitchel and her staff has totally changed my perspective on dental work. From the beginning Ive been met with kindness and feel they have an understanding of my phobia. Dr. Mitchel offers plenty of solutions for those of us who are afraid and her staff really provide a personal touch before and after appointments. We just love, love, love Dr. Nicole Mitchel!

Dr. Mitchell and Dr Bowles have truly been a blessing to my life and of course to my dental health. Before going to their office I was told I would have dentures early in life by another dentist. Dr Bowles and Dr. Mitchell provided an alternate plan of action that has greatly impacted how I feel about myself and my dental health. They truly care for their patients.

Sad she came highly recommended but office cancelled my June 23,2017 appt which was made in Feb 2017 and reasonable offer was not made. Office staff are not conscious of work schedules nor school schedules. Was very disappointed and back to insurance to find another dentist. One star for office location ----- but that is it
