Recently my insurance changed, and the dental office I tried initially treated me like a welfare case because of the insurance I now have. I was referred to WFD by a friend, and Im so glad I set up my next appointment with them. The entire staff was great!!! No one made me feel low about the insurance I have and I was treated me with the up most respect from the minute I called to set my appointment until I checked out. Their office was clean, newly renovated, and comfortable. Thank you so much for giving me a much better dental experience!!!!

If I was able to rate more then five stars I would in a heart beat. From being nervous about going to the dentist, then being referred to this office by fellow Mercy employees, I now LOVE to go to the dentist! Dr. Williams is amazing and very knowledgeable about his work. Him and his staff make you feel comfortable and just like family, they are so friendly and understanding. My teeth look amazing, I never thought Id see them look so much better just after a couple appointments! Thank you so much for everything you do! You guys Rock!!

I have.always had bad anxiety going to the dentist. This is my second time going back and it was the best experience ever. The dentist whom I cant remember. All I remember is his last name started with a B I believe was funny and had me laughing. He made sure I was relaxed and anytime my anxiety started to show he would crack a comment or start talking about something so I would forget. Finally found a place where I can go and feel comfortable.

Dr Williams has been a phenomenal Dentist. He has treated our family and now our grandkids with tenderness and never aggressive. I used to be so afraid of going to the dentist, but he has put that to rest. His staff are courteous, helpful and plenty of smiles to go around. I had the pleasure of meeting his son and I must say he is as great of a man and dentist as his dad is. You should check them out!

Dr Williams has been my dentist since I was very young. He is wonderful with people of all ages, his dental staff is fantastic and I absolutely adore his scheduling assistants. My entire family, husband and 4 kids, are also patients (or soon to be patients). My 4 year old looks forward to going because the staff makes her feel so comfortable! I cant say enough great things about this team!!

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Williams for 30 years and have been extremely satisfied with the quality of his work. He is very compassionate and genuinely cares about his patients. His office staff also provide a friendly and stress free environment. I have been going to see Dr. Williams for many years, and now my three kids come here. The entire staff does an excellent job making us feel welcome, and we couldnt be more pleased with the service we get here. They do a really good job with little ones! My kids get so excited when I tell them they have a dentist appointment coming up. Father and son make a great team!

I was greeted warmly by the receptionist. Sarah , who welcomed me inside was very professional in all that she did for me. My dental exam was efficient and painless. He does a terrific job and I have never considered another dentist I have been with him 35+ years. It was a good experience, the waiting area was very nicely done and the people were nice but the only thing I didnt like was they pushed very hard on my teeth and my gums were sore from them bleeding. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend it. -Alexis (age:12)
