I have always been afraid to go to the dentist. I had not been to the dentist in years and someone I work with referred me to Dr Gross. He has such a calming and relaxed way of taking care of you that it immediately put me at ease. He was able to completely fix all of my dental issues. We replaced all of my fillings in two short, easy, and completely pain free visits...and I had a ton! I never realized how much my teeth hurt from my 30 year old fillings until he fixed everything. I can eat and drink anything now and I no longer need to use sensitive toothpaste. Plus my white fillings look amazing! He pretty much pulled off a miracle with replacing my front tooth as well. I broke this tooth over 30 years ago and I have not been able to find a dentist who would even attempt to try to replace the crown I had which did not match my other teeth. Dr Gross took so much time to get my new front tooth just right and I feel confident smiling again for the first time in about 15 years! I will never be afraid to go to the dentist again, Dr Gross not only made my teeth look and feel great he has improved my confidence because I can smile again :)

I love, love, love these guys. I moved my care here because another local doctor botched some work on my wife. These folks are great! Fun and upbeat office. The staff are happy to be there. Kelsey is gentle and sincere and direct. I had a cavity that resulted in a root canal. She quickly said, this wont work, arranged an immediate appointment to see a specialist and I was out the door. Back in the office the next day for a temporary crown. Back two weeks later, back for the permanent crown. Bing-Bang-Boom. Feels GREAT. No pain, no pain, no pain. They arent afraid to use the novocaine when it will help. Support staff knows their stuff. All instruments in the doctors hand the second she needs them. Wow.. great encounter from head to toe. On a side note, it is heartwarming to see a daughter take after her fathers profession and to see them execute a succession plan together. Kelsy will be a great owner when it is her turn.

When we first moved to the area, Dr Gross was recommended to us by a friend. We could not be happier with Dr Gross and Dr Kelsey, as well as the wonderful staff. My youngest daughter was afraid of the dentist that we had in VA. The entire staff went above an beyond to make her comfortable and now she actually loves going! We would highly recommend this practice to anyone of all ages. And they are always on time! I work in the healthcare field and I know how unusual this is, and I appreciate that so much.

I think DRS.RICK and KELSEY are both great! My familys been going to Dr. Gross for about 23 yrs and now even my 3yr old grandson went for the 1st time. I enjoy watching the comedy channel while Rick laughs as I flip the bite block between my teeth. Everyone there is Very knowledgeable and professional. I brought my 9 year old to see Dr. Kelsey for a cracked tooth that was giving her issues. Dr. Kelsey, Kayla, and Nicole were very professional and sensitive to my daughters anxiety about being at the dentist. She found 2 cavities as well and filled them that day!!! Myself and my family will definitely be coming back to see Dr. Kelsey for our routine checkups.
