I had only met Dr. Chitra for one appointment where she had found a large abscess that all my dentists missed for 15+ years. She guided me to get that fixed immediately and even coached me through the pain on her vacation days. From being with this doctor only one time, it was very obvious that she put her patients health first. This was extremely comforting, especially when I was away from home and in lots of pain. Also the staff is very wonderful. I had called the office crying and Teresa was immediately caring and helpful to calming me down. Overall, this has been the best experience Ive had with a dentist + staff and I will continue going to Solon Family Dentistry. I most highly recommend this place. Thank you

waited one hour after appointment time that was scheduled. Then she proceeded by rushing through the whole process telling me nothing. She made me very uncomfortable continually spraying water on me and stabbing instruments into various places in my mouth other than my gums or teeth. Then when she was taking x-rays she left an uncomfortable instrument in my mouth for an extended period of time as she gossiped with her colleagues and forgot about me her patient. When I thought it couldnt get any worse she left with me in the chair that was laid all the way back so I had to figure out how to sit it back up and get out. The appointment was very unprofessional and I will never visit her or do I recommend to.

I went to this office with my 2.5 year old daughter for her first check-up. I was impressed by everyones friendliness and professionalism. I was afraid my daughter will be scared but everyone in the office made her feel at ease, they showed her around and demonstrated how everything works. Dr. Beard was really great! She took the time to listen, explained all her next steps, was very gentle with my daughter and even sang to her while she was brushing her teeth. Definitely a great experience and we will go back to see Dr. Beard.

We were taking photo and video footage of their office, and everyone was completely pleasant to work with and be around. We also got to see how they interacted with their patients, and it was so easy to see that they worked very hard to really care for the children. Friendly staff! Dr. Beard is kind and knowledgeable. She works with your family/children when it comes to treatment and finances/insurance. She understands that everything isnt black and white and what might work for one family, might not work for another. Fun office for kids. They even have a large TV in the teeth cleaning room. Would Highly recommend.

Took our 1yo. When they told me they were going to examine, clean and fluoridate his teeth, I said, "good luck!" They were amazing. They explained everything that was going to happen to him, let him play with the mirror, and although he did cry a little, he cooperated very well. Booked our next appointment in 6 months!

The entire staff was super friendly and attentive to my daughter (and to me!). The environment of the office is really kid friendly and Dr. Beard has a great rapport with kids. They provide some very simple extra touches that really go a long way toward making the visit an overall great customer experience.

Coco told me they accepted my insurance twice, and copied my info before I sat in the chair. After work is completed Im responsible for the bill. I thought your suppose to check the patients info before hand. I was tricked.
