BE WARNED!! DONT GO NEAR THIS OFFICE, new staff as of 2012 are horrible!! See complaints on Better Business Bureau. Patient since 2005 prior dentist, Dr. Negron and his staff were awesome- however since 2012 the office has been a revolving door of staff since then. Billing issues, slopping records, staff don’t return phone calls, uncaring attitudes,–.. patients are dropping like flies. My last visit I heard two different patients complaining and requesting contact information for old staff.. they overcharged my account, screwed up the billing, didnt charge insurance for some visits yet double charged for another. Most unprofessional staff I have ever dealt with in all my life!! Worst yet their customer service...deplorable...couldnt pay me to go back their..even though they do send out text messages (no kidding)begging for customers...how unprofessional.

The dental hygienist is wonderful and the doctor is pleasant. What is not pleasant is the terrible way this office handles billing. Never in my life has a company been so incompetent in this area. I paid upfront for everything was advised everything was covered, and then had to cough up more money. On day of the removal of invisiline stuff, I now had to pay more money! Mind you I had paid almost a year ago for everything, and again for retainers. Now I was charged even more, well over 8 months past because it can take up to 90 days for insurance to cover? When asked why then I was being charged after 8 months, no logical explanation could be provided. Dont even get me started on the confusion between dental and ortho appts. I am currently seeking another provider. This place needs a competent billing service.

Agree with prior poster. I have been a patient for many years under the prior dentist Dr. Negron and his staff who were fantastic. He left to take over a practice in Celebration. The current dentists and his staff are dreadful. I came in with sensitivity in one of my teeth and the new dentist after looking at my xrays simply says oh looks like you have a cavity. I replied well that is interesting since you took those xrays during my visit 6 months ago. His office staff keep trying to collect more from me than I should owe per my dental insurance. I am the benefits administrator for a large corporation, I know exactly what I should owe. I had to argue with them during my last 3 visits and I will not be back.

Lakeside will be my familys new dentist! They are amazing and love what they do. Everyone has great communication amongst themselves. They explain every procedure, are very careful not to miss any details and make sure the patients are in no pain or discomfort. I hate dentist, but Lakeside changed my mind. What I appreciate the most, was when the dentist spent about 20 minutes to find if a prescription was safe for breastfeeding. They all new my situation and my concerns. I didnt have to repeat myself once to them. Thanks guys!

This place is amazing, from A to Z! From the receptionist in the front to the dental hygienist, to the dentist. The office is accumulate. There is even a lovely view over looking the lake. Everyone is so nice, considerate and overall wonderful! The dental hygienist, Heather and Dr. Gonzalez is so kind, and friendly! Also, they are extremely thorough while answering any questions. Highly recommend!

Went here once and my son once. I question their practices and it seems like they "find" issues that are not actually apparent. Example, seeing cavities yet no visible signs of them. They have also overcharged me on a procedure my insurance is stating was 100% covered. Save yourself the headache and time and find someone other than this practice.

I went to get Invisalign, and they told us it was going to be X amount of money. We paid that, and got about halfway through the program when they told us that in order for my teeth to stay the way they were, I was going t have to buy a retainer for $300-$600 more! They did not tell us about this starting out!

What I liked the most of the office was the fact that everything was explained to me what the treatment was going to be. The staff are well educated and very informative. Caring and ethusiactic of what they do. The doctor was very caring towards my children.
