Dr. Lopez saved my life when I gave birth to my daughter 17 years ago. It was a nightmare for my family loosing my life, twice, after abruption of my placenta, but Dr. Lopez made it all a dream come true for me and family by making on the minute decisions which proved to save my life! He was wonderful and had a great bed-side manner during the entire pregnancy of my daughter Sky. Today and everyday I am grateful for him bringing life back into me and for bringing a life for me and my family into the world. She was also born on my birthday which made it even more special! I was Lisa Edenfield back then and Dr. Lopez, I have always wanted to say thank you over and over again, especially on our birthdays! Youre the best.

Went in to get Cryo therapy and the nurses apparently lost the tip to the machine. They then told me they were going to try to "find them" and made me wait half naked for over an hour just to send me home untreated. In just waiting in the lobby they made two patients visibly upset and told one patient she wasnt able to see a female doctor today even though that was the whole reason she schedule todays appointment and then told her she could drive to the other location if she wanted and they might could squeeze her in.completly unprofessional. The worst associates Ive ever encountered.

Mixed up all my results. Apparently I had hpv. Had to have a colposcopy for no reason. Next pap smear it was revealed that I didnt have it. I only found this out after calling them for 4 months and finally receiving an answer.I just had paperwork sent from them to my doctor and apparently I received a depression screening that NEVER occurred. They are very unorganized and unhelpful. They have no allegiance to their patients.They need to get their records straight and NEVER have this happen to anyone else.

EXCELLENT!!! I am a new patient of Dr. Lopez. From the time I called to schedule appt, they mailed me the paperwork, they called to remind of my appt., the staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. The doctor was friendly and courteous to my concerns. I di dnot wait long at all in the waiting area. The allotted time I had with the Dr was sufficient enough for my needs and concerns. They scheduled me for another appt as needed with no problems or concerns. Very pleasant experience.

The only person there thats truly nice is the ultrasound technician. Other than that, I always feel rushed after waiting over an hour to be seen and they always seem to misplace my results or information. Also, it seems like you have to know Spanish in order to understand half the people there.

I wish I could give no stars because the only helpful person here is the ultrasound tech the doctors Ive felt with are rude and unorganized they are only in the business to take your money and schedule extra appointments give you the run around and say you have to come back

If you have insurance I suggest you go somewhere else. The facility takes a long time to get you in. I was scheduled for an appointment at 8:30 am and was called at 9:10 am only to be taken to the waiting room and wait until 9:50 am to see the practitioner. I

Always felt rushed, completely lost my results for a glucose test, and often waited more than an hour to be seen. I once even waited 3 hours total. They have too many patients. The only person that was nice was the ultrasound tech.
