Absolutely terrible service there. I highly would not recommend going to this place. My daughter has been going there since February and we are in the process of trying to change doctors. Not once has dr. Lambert even smiled. What is supposed to be a happy experience seems like it is a bother to her and she is always very quick to leave but yet we take forever to be seen. A few times weve had to wait extra long because she wasnt there. The staff also keeps messing up calling in her medicationsperiod at one time she had to wait 2 weeks to get on an antibiotic that they said they were going to call in but never did. My daughter has been to the emergency room for kidney problems and was told they cannot treat her because of her pregnancy to follow up with dr. Lambert and its been a day and a half later and still have no call back from her. we called twice by the way. We shouldnt have to hunt the doctor down. No bedside manner whatsoever and she just acts like she just doesnt care. Does not give any first-time mothers any advice or any information on what needs to be done we have to Google everything.

Staff sucks! Cancel my appointment twice! They call and canceled a night before. Which I was waiting for it 2 months!!! Then they scheduled me for another one, 1 month later! They called me a day before to confirm my appointment and when I get there THEY SAID THERE WAS NO DOCTORS THERE!! That They have to reschedule me for the next available in TWO months! I was like YOU KIDDING ME?!! I was soooo pissed! I tried to calm down cause the receptionist has no clue on what to do. I guess its the Doctors fault?.. That girls seems like theyre new or dont even know what theyre doing there! She was just repeating "theres no doctors here today" in a rude voice. Not even sorry for waist my time twice!! Really bad experience!!

Terrible customer service. They let me show up for an appointment that I made over a month ago. They claimed they left a voicemail but they didnt. I had a confirmation email and a confirmation voicemail so I showed up early with my paperwork filled out. Their response was thats not us its the automated system. Unacceptable!!!! They were rude and condescending. I wish I wouldve taken the reviews seriously. This is no way to treat people in a field that is supposed to be caring and compassionate. I recommend looking for another option.

Appointment was with the ARNP and I couldnt have been happier. Her bedside manner was top notch - she put me at ease and was very relatable. I would HIGHLY recommend this office. Not only was the ARNP fantastic but the office staff was also very friendly, helpful and polite. My initial appointment was scheduled pretty far out but the office staff called me to reschedule for something much sooner than expected. I look forward to my next appointment - how many appointments can you say that about?

Wonderful care!!! We are expecting in December and started coming here before we found out we were pregnant. The staff always answer phone calls immediately and in a professional and kind manner. Dr. Hoffmeister is a very friendly doctor, and I would recommend him for those who have no conditions or complications. I ended up switching to a diff OBGYN who had a little more experience and knowledge about endometriosis. I will say his nurse was very friendly, but the girl at the front desk could be a little withdrawal and on the phone constantly.

Absolute worst doctors office doctor Lambert is a fraud . She is inattentive, unprofessional, always late and inconsiderate of her patients she made my wifes first child bearing experience even more hell on top of the hell she was already going through with severe morning sickness and no doctor to help .

Going to the Lady Doctor is usually not something to look forward to. This is not the case at Orange City OB-GYN. I got to watch Say Yes To The Dress #syttd while I waited for the doctor. Dr. Lambert makes you feel totally comfortable throughout a usually uncomfortable exam. Highly recommended!

Ive been a patient of Dr. Lambert for almost 2 yrs and wouldnt trade her for the world. The wait time can be a little long at times, but I take into consideration that at times she may be on call from the hospital so I dont mind the wait. Shes ALWAYS been pleasant and compassionate.

I am over all happy with the care I receive from this doctors office but unfortunately I dont like how they schedule appointments. They book 100% of their days up and dont concider that some people are only able to come on a specific day because of work or child care.
