I was very disappointed with this place. My 9 month old daughter was having an allergic reaction and I took her here. The front desk people were really nice, but I thought the nurse was a bit rude. Then when the doctor came in, I could tell he had never really dealt with an infant. He seemed a bit out of his element during the entire process. After he looked at her a bit, he was looking on his phone for how much of a steroid to give her and I mentioned that her primary care physician had suggested benadryl in addition to the steroid, but he just brushed me off on that. He left to get the prescription written, but I realized that she was getting worse and was starting to have trouble breathing. I went out and hunted the doctor down and told him about it. He told me I should take her to the ER. I was a little surprised that with an infant having breathing issues, that they wouldnt call an ambulance but I left and went to an ER and everything turned out fine. I guess the moral of this review is that it is probably a fine place to go if you are an adult, but I wouldnt take an infant there.

I made my second visit to Centra Care today since I have been in Kissimmee FL was not able to get an appointment with my GP- general practitioner. I suffer from chronic sinusitis and needed to start antibiotics to treat the infection immediately. I arrived early at 8 am and was greeted by the front desk staff and helped quickly. The front desk staff was friendly and professional and I waited for a very short time before being called back by the nurse. She reviewed my paperwork and asked me several questions to make sure all the information was correct and I appreciate that. My weight and blood pressure was checked and then I went into the exam room. A few minutes later Dr Burkard entered and started the exam. We talked about several things and different treatment options. This was the second time I was seen by Dr Burkard . He is a great Dr. very understanding and professional . If I have a situation like this again I will be returning to Centra Care hopefully to see Dr Burkard.

Very good customer service in person but they have a serious issue when it comes to their billing. I went there and got treated, was told I would pay $35 based on my insurance. Cool. No problems. Then about two months later I get some absurd bill for 135 dollars. I call them and they have the nerve to say that their was some sort of mix up. I couldnt believe it but whatever. So I tell them "If I pay this bill, will everything be good even though this is completely ridiculous". The lady on the phone, says YES that if I paid this then everything is good to go. Guess what I just got in the mail today? ANOTHER BILL. This time for 145 dollars. Is this an absolute joke? Very unprofessional to keep trying to scam money out of me. This is something that should have been told me to upfront. Then to say that if I pay a bill that I am good to go but send me another bill a month later. Unprofessional.

Saw a doctor was very nice, rn or m.a which ever she was not so welcoming. I am in alot of pain which my paper say 1245p.m was my discharge time or check in. I went to walgreens at 245 to see if my RX was ready. Guess what , NO RX was called or faxed in. Are you kidding!!!! Ok benefit of the doubt ,I have Rx alerts on my phone . It is now quarter past 6 still no RX and now the clinic is closed as so is the walgreens . Never again will i return there. P.s.. I am a Reg. M.A and the patients I saw out there with BAD coughs and high RESPIRATORY count should have been passed quickly not 1 by 1 . A big enough office and the 1 person passing patients doesnt even make you feel like you are in good hands. I was cut off and rushed to me was not even worth it. Do your job because if a room of 8 people hets you anxious than maybe you should do front office work !!! Smh.

The service was poor. I visited the office the day before and was told it was a three hour wait time, I scheduled a appointment for the following morning at 8am. I got there at quarter to eight and waited . The door was opened and when I got inside I stated that my appointment was at 8, this lady came in after and said ear infection pretending that it was her child ,but she was seen before and then a gentleman. I approached the desk explained my concern which was met with a rude attitude and response we open at 8. I worked all night and twelve hours shift. The receptionist slam my health card and identification card on the counter and told me to sign. This is my second visit to this office and poor service was given.

DO NOT go here unless you want to be ripped off. i went just for a prescription for antibiotic. i gave them my insurance card and they said i owe $35. i said OK to $35. Got the prescription and everything was good. Until 3 months later they sent a bill for another $141. I said yes to $35 not $35 + $141. I went back to them and said this is wrong. They would not do anything about it. I said i am not paying that. Now they are attacking my credit. REPEAT DO NOT GO TO ANY CENTRA CARE.

Receptionist was rude and waited for over an hour when no-one was in the office. I had paper worked that needed to be filled out due to my insurance to show proof of visit and there was a problem. I also was told they dont do appointments but when i arrived was asked if I had one but that they would still see me. Overall rude and nasty people there, I would suggest you go somewhere else

Made a reservation, was seen 15 minutes later. Toddler had bad dermatitis of scalp. My overall visit was about 20 minutes. Seen Dr. Dean for 30 seconds. They shove the papers at you, tell you to sign the release papers and thats it. They dont explain anything, treatment or nothing. They just say read the directions. The centra care in winter park is much better, nicer people.

I have brought my children on seperate occasion and both times the service was prompt and very professional. Its an urgent care not a primary care clinic so if you want a longer visit maybe you should find a primary care doctor. I use them when our doctor is closed and find them very dependable. Excellent, friendly, timely and efficient clinic thank you.

Nice people in front but the nurse that took my blood pressure was very lazy. Im not a little man and the strap could not go around my arms and the gripping was worn-out so I asked her if she could use the manual hand pressure one. Its alright you just keep moving! Im not moving so make a long story short they was just sad.

Would not recommend. Waited for 2 hours to be taken back. I would have liked the staff to tell us how long the wait would be - even if its an estimate. Also, the front desk worker walked away while we were finishing up. No chance to ask questions.
