Well this is the second time7/21/17. I had to come to this location. First time last Thursday it was frustrting the girl could figure out what the paperwork i had was a DOT physical and drug screen. She needed to read the title of the paper to know... Ispoke with Tamisha yesterday afternoon i had a paper needing the doctor to sign for my job again... Explained everything i had and needed to her then today i drove up there to have it signed by the doctor i had last weeks appointment. She told me to come in and they can take care of it. I even told her that i had to drive 2 5 hrs one way, and wanted to make sure it was possible before i drove all that way.. She didnt listen to me on the phone and today i spoke with her about it. She said she(Centra care) couldnt do anything about it because its a different charge... Which she didnt tell me the night before when i called. I asked to speak with her supervisor because she was rude and dismissive like she didnt care. When the supervisor short hispanic lady she was understanding and was able to get the paperwork signed by the doctor i saw last week within 45mins without having to pay extra. She was really nice and geniunely cared about helping. Besides dealing with Tamisha my overall experiences were handled well without Tamisha influence. Tamisha was the only thing horrible about thing location. If you couod avoid her would. If you work in healthcare or anyother coustmer service position enjoy what you do or find a different job. Dont make it a horrible experience for everyone you deal with.

Rude front desk & M.A! I was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection due to my allergies getting out of hand and prescribed a Z-pak. The next day I called regarding my Z-pak side effects just to receive a response by a very rude M.A. She spoke over me & kept switching my words around. I dont think she realized the reason she kept getting what I said wrong was because she was busy talking over me. These girls are fairly young (20s) but old enough to land the job, have common sense & understand the expectations. However, they fail and need a couple pointers on customer, patient & client services/interactions. #1 listen first, #2 have patience, #3 be polite, & #4 always practice great work ethic! Why waste time talking over patients? Listen so that you can help, not waste time & most importantly handle the matter promptly yet appropriately! If youre put to service people who dont feel well in order for them to feel better the last thing you want to do is give them a hard time. Its clear that they do NOT understand what the practice entails.

The four stars is for the doctors. The rest of the place gets ZERO. I made an appointment and waited almost 45 min past the appointment time. Im used to this at doctors in general, so I always allot extra time. Ive been to this location many times and appreciate the doctors here. However, the last visit, while I was sitting in the room, I heard other employees mocking and laughing at me. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything while sitting in the room waiting to be seen. I understand passing patient information for the purpose of helping said patient, but when your discussing my personal information to mock and make fun of me. Thats illegal! I will continue to use this location and will be sure to not hold my tongue next time. Its disgusting that your employees do this, but at least wait until Im out of earshot.

This review is long over due but overall I love this centra care. It is very well maintained and overall the staff is very nice. Management seems to be doing an awesome job at keeping the establishment running smoothly. I never wait longer than 15 minutes to get called back, I am ultimately excited that they are now offering primary care. I would rate it a 5 BUT I am rating it a 4 because there is a young lady working the front that has a nasty attitude and seems to not want to be there. She made me feel very unwelcomed last time I came in with my grandfather. I and a few others within the waiting area had all similar experiences with her. I unfortunately cant remember if her name was Tasha or Tanisha. Other than that keep up the great work! The staff and the doctors are very much appreciated!

Not impressed with this location. I made an appointment online, and pre-filled out all the forms I needed to. Upon entering the location, the receptionist told me that because they were newly established, my Blue Cross insurance wasnt accepted there yet. All other CentraCares do accept it, and this location just hadnt "negotiated" with them yet. As a "convenience" to me, I could pay $75 dollars (instead of my normal $20) to be seen. How on earth is that a convenience? If insurances arent accepted at EVERY location, then that should be clearly communicated to potential patients. I dont appreciate my time (or money) being wasted.

It opens at 0800 went in around 0900 and was told to come back later because there was no doctor and that there wouldnt be one until after 1000. Person at desk recommended I make an appointment for later in the day, so I did. I arrive at my designated appointment time and wait an hour to see the doctor. What is the point of recommending I make an appointment? There was only one other patient in the waiting when I arrived and 0 when I left, dont understand the delay.

This was my first time going there and when I walk in I was impressing on how clean it was having coffee there for you. In the room wating for the doctor I was given a bottle of water while I waited for the doctor. The doctor that came in was very friendly she told me who she was. She listen to what was going on with me and took it form there. I highly recommend going there if not feeling well.

Rude and racist personnel "assisting" the phones. As soon as I got on the line they asked me if I needed a spanish speaking person and then I was told not to call back. You should never treat a person like that and even worst if you are seeking for medical assistance. Basically, Ill take the very unprofessional advice from Nancy who took my call and never call back.

We sat in the lobby for a while but received good care once we were seeing doctor. They did x-rays on my sons broken collar bone. They thought there might be another break so they sent x-rays to radiologist for a second opinion. After our visit, someone called us to follow up with an orthopedist. They made the appointment for us which was nice.

Nice facility. People were nice, but I definitely feel more could have been done. Was handed a rx for antibiotics, told they would not draw labs, and told to see primary care when I get one. Thought they also do primary care... labs... and medicine. Not the one stop shop they advertise. Disappointed.

After waiting 3 hours to be seen (even though I had an appointment) I was told to take otc ibuprofen to treat flu like symptoms. I was not thoroughly checked out. And doctor was extremely rude. My time and money was wasted. I could of used that 3 hours for bed rest. Worse place ever.
