As a OB Dr. Odom is good at her job. Every Doctor visit she pays attention to my wife and shows a lot of concern towards her and my unborn child. She was great and couldnt go wrong until the end of pregnancy. Once the pregnancy ended all the concern towards my wife and child were gone and I stuck with a lot of bills with procedures that never happened and I am fighting with the staff a lot with these charges. After the pregnancy Dr. Odom doesnt know anything about being a doctor or even help the patients that are in need with the after effects of pregnancy. She will recommend other specialists to do her job instead of her doing it herself and will ignore most patients after the pregnancy is over. The majority of her staff are great except for a few which are a quite insufficient in doing there job answering the phones correctly or to have answers to the simplest of questions. Her and her office have been quite a mess and I will never do business with them again.

Dr. Odom has always been nice, but I need to comment on her staff who do not care about you or your problems. Dr. Odom reassured me that my treatment request would be completed by the end of the year, but 2 weeks after my appointment the benefits coordinator still has not done her job and now the Dr will be out for the rest of the year for the holidays. After a 3-way conference call with my insurance that I initiated, shes still waiting for them to call her back when they specifically told her they couldnt make out-of-state calls! Unbelievable! Her apathy is costing me over $500 out-of-pocket expenses when insurance told her it would be covered 100% as long as it was before 12/31/16. This is the first time Ive needed anything outside the normal exam and I cant believe the run around! I will be looking elsewhere since the staff does not care about their patients!

Attempted to get me to pay for their verifi prenatal test out-of-pocket ($595) when in my case, insurance covers 100%. The nurse returned my call once, where she claimed unfamiliarity with the authorization request process. I provided my insurance phone number/fax and had a website she could visit to submit it, she replied "I dont know when ill have time to wait in a queue." - I understand things get busy for a small office so I waited a week before checking the status, nothing was pending yet. Then I was swept under the rug, never received a call back again. I ended up getting the test ordered through my primary doctor (who was happy to do so) and paid nothing. Know your benefits, dont hesitate to call your insurance to check if something feels off.

The office will not work around patients schedules. They harress you at all times of the day, early mornings especially! If youre on a contraceptive they will hold it above your head until you get an appt. and you better hope the doctor isnt sick your appt. day. Because the harressment will start all over! UNPROFESSIONAL! I have never had a doctors office not work with me and my schedule!

She is great and very understanding. Its nice having an obgyn who is a woman and can relate. Her office staff is very professional. It can be hard to get an annual check up appointment but if your having other medical issues they will get you in to see her. Shes busy because she is a great doctor who cares and has great bedside manner which I find rare these days.

I had an appointment today as a first time patient. I showed up 10 minutes early. Sat in waiting room for 25 minutes and then sat undressed in the exam room for 40 more minutes before walking out. I could over hear through the door people being seen that came in after me and nobody bothered to let me know if the Dr. was running behind.

Dr. Odom is a great doctor, professional, sensible and thorough from beginning to end. So thankful that my well being has been placed in her care during an urgent matter and I am successfully recovering and can honestly say I highly recommend her because she is truly my miracle Dr.

Best OB/GYN. Dr. Odom truly cares about her patients and takes such great care. She listens to your needs and meets them. Overall one of the best doctors out there. I trust her with my health and hopefully one day she will deliver my babies.

Holds your prescriptions hostage, impossible to get anything accomplished for days. Constantly changing appointments b/c they over book the doctors schedule.
