Worst customer service! Exams, nail trims etc are fine but checking out is a scandal! They are not efficient when checking patients out. I wanted to check out while my dogs were having their exams done because I was having to watch a dog being chocked by the toddler while his parents did nothing. When I approached the tech to check out she said she would have to enter them. There was no one in line and it was just the other patient and myself. I stepped outside so I didnt have to watch that poor dog being chocked. After a few minutes I went back in and asked her again if I could pay. She hardly acknowledged me and said I would still have to wait for some other paperwork. I said I would not wait because I really couldnt take hearing the toddler run wild hitting and banging on everything and seeing how terrified the poor dog was. I brought to her attention a simple Im sorry for the wait maam would have sufficed. Then the doctor comes out to argue with me saying he has to defend his employees and the tech had nothing to be sorry for. Its not about being sorry for something per say, its about taking responsibility for not being efficient worker when you have nothing else going on. It shouldnt take the whole time of my visit to check me out. Ive had dogs all my life and never have I seen a doctor come out and argue with the patient. Needless to say we will not be going back. The doctor made me feel very uncomfortable and was very demeaning.

Horrible experience I dont know if someone took over this clinic because we have been going here for 2 1/2 years had questions about our pet who was getting spayed and we had a lot of questions regarding the DNR presented at the last moment and my boyfriend was a little taken aback by the fact we had to put a price on our little pugs life granted as a medical clinic they do need to know how to proceed if something happens they treated us like it was unreasonable for us to be emotional about this situation and AFTER TAKING OUR MONEY and doing the procedure then they proceed to say how our behavior made it impossible to communicate with us which is completely laughable and false because how would they have known how to proceed before they took the money for the procedure I just have to say Im more than happy to take our business elsewhere we debated that during the discussion with them and to expect people are not going to be emotional about their animals is ridiculous my dogs are like my kids and she doesnt seem to have a passion for animals at all I want to find a vet that is realistic and has a better bedside manner. I advise to look for another vet youll definitely find it cheaper and better elsewhere

I was very satisfied with my first experience at Town & Country Veterinary Care! I am new to San Antonio and my two dogs needed their annual check up and various vaccines. I was able to get an appointment quickly, upon arrival the services were prompt and kind. I was pleasantly surprised when at the beginning of the appointment a Tech went over the agenda for the appointment and all the costs associated with the visit. Giving me the option to change the services as needed. I have had a lot of great Vets, but this service makes Town & Country Veterinary Care really stand out! There are no hidden costs here, great service and the Vet was great with my two fur-babies! I found a keeper!

I have been taking my dogs here for over a year. Every time it has been a great experience! All the vets & vet techs are extremely compassionate & knowledgable. I always get seen at my scheduled time (other places I always waited long after my appointment time to be seen). I am always able to get appointments within couple days of me calling in to request one. Vets do awesome job of explaining everything & providing options. They also have an online pharmacy so you dont have to go in to get refills on prescriptions, they are sent right to your door. You can trust they will do their very best to care for your animals. I will not take my pets anywhere else. Highly recommend!!!

So great! Everyone there is so knowledgeable, understanding, and incredibly sweet. I had the same vet for years but theyve recently gotten extremely popular and never have time to see my pets (I would have to schedule a month in advance and god forbid I reschedule!). I had a concern for my puppy and since my regular vet wouldnt see me for another month, I called these guys and they got me in right away!! I showed up really early and didnt mind waiting until my appointed time, but they saw me right away too! They treated my pet like their own and I could not have picked a better vet! I should have switched offices a looooong time ago :) Very pleased!

I have been a military dog handler many years and have seen a lot of vets. I have a puppy that has been a patent of this clinic from day one. Dr. Bilgic dosent do ear crops so I took him elsewhere in San Antonio to have it done. The stiching was horrible and one ear did not stand up. The stiching popped on the ear that was standing. Took him in Dr. Bilgic and staff completely redid the ears got them standing great with no more problems. There mission statement is 100% spot on. I know for me this is the only vet I will bring my animals to period. The prices are very resonable they have the best staff, makes you feel like you are at home!!!!!!!!

Really happy with my experience. The staff was friendly and courteous. The exam as a new patient was complimentary, and the vet pointed out a knee issue only one other vet had ever mentioned because I brought my dog in specifically for a limp. I was there for a health certificate to travel abroad, and they charged one of the most reasonable fees from SA to Austin. Some highly rated vets were charging upwards of $300! I never felt rushed and she took the time to explain the process and make sure I was all set. I had never been there before and I will definitely be returning and recommending them.

I took my dog in for a teeth cleaning and the vet found a tumor in his testicle when doing the pre-operation check. He had been to see several vets and no one had ever even checked. She were even good enough to show me the testicle and tumor (tumor was about the size of a marble) and explain what to look for in the future. She even followed up after his surgery just to see how he was doing. My dog will probably live a longer healthier life because she was so thorough.

I am always pleased with Dr. Cade and the staff at Town and Country Vet Clinic. I took my cat, Tony, for his regular yearly exam with blood work. While fairly well, we did additional blood work. Dr. Cade personally called me with the results. It is this type of special attention that keeps me going to this clinic. Dr. Cade and her staff are true professionals who care for your pets. I strongly recommend Town and Country Vet Care Clinic.
